Wingstop — Restaurant in Spring Valley

This location has reoccurring issues with having your food ready on time, so if you make them mistake of ordering from here, be prepared to wait a significant amount of time for your food. The last time i ordered, i was 20 minutes later than my pickup time and my food still wasn’t ready. i had to wait over 10 minutes and my only “consolation” was a drink from the manager. Tonight, i ordered about 30 minutes ahead and when i came in they didn’t even have record of my order. The employee walked to the back and audibly asked some of the other employees about it. i then had to show the confirmation to the employee, she had to look it up via order number in their system and printed it out in front of me. After mumbling about how she already made this order, she disappeared into the kitchen for 20 minutes only to come out saying she didn’t have my food. there was no explanation, apology or anything. i was told i could wait another 20+ minutes for them to make it or i could get a refund in about 2 weeks. i decided to cut my losses with this location and company as a whole and asked for the refund and left. i will not be returning or spending my money with wingstop again, this is beyond ridiculous and again i fail to understand how this keeps happening at a new...

First time I went the service was excellent. I thought I found a decent establishment to eat and watch the game. Then I found like metal brush bristles in my food about a week ago. I brought it to their attention and they act like it was an accident. They comped me a free meal for my next visit and I thought the problem was resolved. Then I come in today and I order my usual and the staff is acting strange, didnt think much of it until I seen my dine in order was placed to go. So i open my food start eating and I find hair in my food. Now I know they are personally sabotaging my food. Kai stays busy and making sure everything is straight plus clean and the team at this Wing Stop are awesome the food was delicious, like the best wings I ever had they stayed warm the entire time I was eating, the staff they were ready to serve you and are very friendly and hard working, I think they should get the option for tip when making a card payment, as a customer I would like to see a Nintendo switch in the lobby my kids would love coming to Wing Stop and I could eat in peace while they wait because I really like to take my time and enjoy my wings, I didn’t expect to have such an enjoyable experience and I was not planning to write a review so I did not take any pictures, but the wings were very...
