If you’ve driven past this place a million times since they’ve started up and thought to yourself, “I wonder how good that strawberry horchata is” like I have, YOU NEED TO FINALLY PULL OVER!! Not only is everything aesthetically pleasing with all the pink, it’s actually delicious too. I’m gonna crave one of these horchatas every time I drive by now. It’s fresh and creamy, and not grainy like some other horchatas from other places. Also had the Nuestro Corazon Quesadillas (the heart shaped ones), and they were crispy and chicken was juicy. It’s hard to find trucks that offer a salsa that is less spicy for those that prefer that, and they included two green salsas that were perfect for me. Okay so let's start with the food, it was amazing! The tacos we had tasted really good , we really loved the al pastor ones! Next the service, it was really good. The girl who helped us was fast and efficient. Got a chance to speak to the owners and they were really humble and very polite. Next the environment, it was really good. There was a lot of parking, the seating area was very clean and comfortable. The lot it's sitting in is gated and gives you a sense of security and not like those taco trucks that are on the side of the road and feel unsafe sometimes. They also have a really cool monster truck there that is great for pics and just something cool to look out. Overall I highly recommend this place. Ooo and prices are pretty standard for taco trucks...

Nuestro Corazon Mexicano is a hidden gem. It is located in a very pleasant spot with a clean white exterior and black trim that really catches your eye. The food truck and dining area have a charming white and pink aesthetic that makes the whole experience feel bright and welcoming.

We got the breakfast burrito, birria taco, and their street corn. Everything was amazing from the first bite to the last. The food looks incredible and tastes even better. You can tell it is made with care and passion. I will definitely be coming back to try more...
