WOW!! Is all that needs to be said, This is, by far, the top-notch American made boiler! The engineering and thought put into this beast is second to none! I called this company last minute with a crawfish boil party looming very close, too close for comfort. I made the call and Brian answered, I had lots of questions and Brian had all the answers! No slick salesman pitch, just true to their product and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I cannot stress enough the customer appreciation and the confidence in their quality of work. It is no joke and amazing! I did my research, and looked around, and Texas Star Outdoors LLC didn’t have a huge footprint online, but they are definitely a diamond! The customer base seems to come from word of mouth and organic. The reviews that are out there, are 100% legit. This is a quality boiler hands down! This review is long and deserved, and I cannot again, say enough about the true meaning of customer service. Brian answered all my calls, even on Saturday when I had a question as we were firing up the boiler for the party. WOW!! Now that is something you can’t teach… To wrap it up, I have stumbled across some random crawfish boil videos recently on YouTube, and low behold the channel is rocking a Texas Star Outdoors boiler and the customer is LOVIN IT! Keep up the amazing work Brian, and anyone who asks, you know where I’m sending them! GOD BLESS

I just used the single sack boiler today and I have to say it was everything Brian said it would be and more. It was in the low to mid 40s today with 9mph wind and it heated up to a rolling boil in < 30 mins, king crab, dugeness and shrimp were fantastic and clean up was a breeze. The burner was way more powerful then I thought it would be. Honestly I could not be happier with my purchase. Thanks again y’all do really do some amazing work. Also I’d like to add Brian over there is great at answering all questions, emails, and calls, even on weekends. Customer service is second to none and although it is a little more expensive then what you can get at academy, the quality and craftsmanship is second to none and it’s made right here in Texas.

I don’t think I could ever say enough about Texas star Outdoors for the amount of credit that they need from the customer service to the craftsmanship and quality of their cookers. PROUD owner of the 2 sack cooker here. I personally drove from South GA to Texas to pick it up as I couldn’t contain my excitement. They are the real deal. Brian and the gang are the real deal. The cookers are the real deal. I don’t know why I messed with a pot and basket for all these years. There is no comparison from another maker out there. They are the best on the market made right here in the USA folks. Support a local business. Quality is top notch hands down and they thought about everything you could want in a cooker. Doesn’t get any better than this! You can’t meet a better owner than Brian, from his quick and fast responses, to his willingness to answer and address any and all questions and concerns that you might have. All in all you just gotta go get you one so you can see it all first hand!! First review ever for me as I can’t be more happy with them and my cooker that I’m going to order another one for my camper. You get what you pay for, so you can try the rest or just go with the best!! Texas...
