I ordered a delivery through their website only 2 kolaches and 1/2 dozen donuts. Totaling about $25. My items were delivered to the wrong place. I called the second I got the message that my items were delivered to tell them it was delivered to the wrong place. I also called and texted the drivers number I was given but i got no response. Called their corporate office to request a refund multiple times. I was able to speak with someone twice in 3 weeks who said someone will get bk with me. Before I knew I received a coupon for 2 free donuts so I called again to request my refund, she told me it was already corrected and they sent me a coupon. I told her that's why I was calling cuz 2 donuts is nothing close to the over $20 I spent. It's almost 2 months now since I called the last 2 times. The first I was left on hold twice for over 15 minutes each. The second I was placed on hold when someone picked up, they hung up on me intentionally right after I told her why I was calling. I went in and showed the lady I had a coupon. Her response was "no". I could tell she did not speak English. I kept trying to show the coupon and all she could say is "no". She asked if I spoke Spanish, which I don't. I asked if there was anyone who spoke English. There wasn't anyone else to help me. All I could do is walk out without my donuts or anything else I might have purchased. I couldn't believe Shipley would have someone who doesn't speak English. Atleast have some who is bilingual. There was a communication gap with the girl behind the counter, I don't know if I was being that unclear or what. We completed the transaction, 3 coffees, donut holes, and a chocolate milk, and she proceeded to go back behind the donuts and listen to tv or videos or something full blast to where we could hear it perfectly clear.
