Absolutely phenomenal food- and one of our highlights of the trip to Zion. Yes, we are foodies- and usually our vacations have good food planned in 🙂. However, we thought we would have to compromise, given that we did not plan to go out of Springdale, where we were staying. Añu was a wonderful surprise! Chef Sergio has brought together Chilean, Peruvian, Argentinian influences and his own special creativity to craft some spectacular culinary creations. We came back the next night- and would have been back a third night if we were not leaving for home the next day. Each dish was put together with such a creative blend of ingredients- the flavors, the textures- all on point! The steaks were out of this world- excellent quality beef, and even more excellent preparation. Chef Sergio’s magic steak rub is just amazing. It should be on every gourmet spice store shelf. The crust on the steaks was to die for. Some highlights were Burrata salad Teradito (shrimp and salmon) Octopus Bone in rib-eye, Chef’s selection of meats (picanha and a chuck roast that did NOT taste like what you would expect chuck to taste like- in the best way of course !) ALL the desserts!

We stayed at the hotel attached to this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the experience started off poorly. Upon arriving, a server politely told us, “I’ll be with you shortly,” but then disappeared for 20 minutes. Eventually, we approached another server who informed us that reservations were required and helped us get one. If we hadn’t asked, we might have waited until closing time without being seated. The management seems disorganized. The person at the entrance said one server would handle us, but a different one came to take our order. After our order was taken, the first server returned, confused, and tried to take our order again. On the bright side, the food was excellent! The chef’s fusion dishes are creative and delicious. However, the portions are incredibly small, so this isn’t the place to come if you’re hungry—think of it as a tasting experience rather than a full meal. Service was fast once the order was in, which was a nice touch, but the overall coordination and guest experience could use a lot of improvement.

We started at the hotel and after a long day hiking and then driving in from Valley of Fire, we chose to dine close. The waiter was quick to greet us and seat us. He was friendly and provided details about the food but left some details out🥺 We were the only people in the place but it was early so I didn’t think much of it. We ordered the fried rice and the seafood tiradito x2. We asked lots of questions due to allergies and preferences, at no point did the waiter offer up that the salmon is raw or that the fish is served cold. Both pieces of information would have turned this into a 5 star review. The food was well prepared and done I enjoy sashimi I ate the salmon and gave my wife the shrimps. Overall not bad for a bite, a little pricey and the service could have given better information but it is what it is.

I really wanted to like this place, and I tried. I think that we just went on an off night and that if many circumstances were different it could have been at least 4 stars. We had a 5:00 reservation and we were the first ones in for dinner. We were greeted right away. Upon sitting down we got excited about several things on the menu, only to place our order and have her come back and tell us the ribeye, short rib and two other items were completely out. In my opinion that should be covered with staff before the restaurant opens. At this point we were hungry and my partner picked the $100 dollar filet from the grill menu. The waitress asked if the tomato medley was an ok side and we asked what else there was and she responded “how about rice and French fries?” We just said sure. I ordered the 65 dollar strip steak and asked for it without the sauce and cilantro. At 5:50 our food finally came out and my strip was on a plate with nothing but a mushroom butter or something like that. I was shocked it had no sides. My steak was one of the best tasting steaks I’ve had in a long time and it was perfect. My partners steak was completely over seasoned. I love salt and it was still difficult for me to eat. Getting a 196 dollar bill for that experience was definitely disappointing. If they can cook all the steak like mine was and just be more thoughtful about the sides as well as managing what’s out of stock I really think this place could be great. And I wonder if the short rib or ribeye were on the menu maybe I would have had a completely...

Our visit to Añu was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views from the dining area. The atmosphere alone sets the stage for a memorable dining experience.

The food was absolutely incredible. We enjoyed a beautifully prepared salmon salad, delicious short ribs, flavorful lomo saltado, and tres leches that was the perfect sweet ending. Every dish was served quickly and at the perfect temperature, showcasing the skill and attentiveness of the kitchen staff. The chef's dedication to quality and flavor was evident in every bite. The cocktail selection was equally impressive.

Despite handling multiple tables, our server provided top-notch service, ensuring that we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It was refreshing to dine at a place where the staff genuinely cares about the customer experience.

In an area where some restaurants fall short, Añu truly stands out. The combination of amazing food, fabulous drinks, attentive service, and stunning views made this an experience worth every penny. We can't wait to return to Springdale, and Añu will definitely be at the top...

This brand new, high end restaurant located withing the Hotel DeNovo serves unique dishes that are expertly made by the head chef who hails from Chile. We ate there the third night after opening and for starters loved how the distinctive goat cheese was laced at the bottom of the beet salad.

The crispy deep friend potatoes with melted queso inside topped by pulled steak served with chipotle sauce was terrific and our main course of grilled large chunks of chicken in a special sauce with caramelized onions was also unique and delicious.

We tried the tres leches for dessert - it was different than we expected but not in a bad way. Normally tres leches is a very light cake. This one - which was very, very tasty had a very dense cake.

The service was terrific and attentive.

Note: we had breakfast here the day it opened and while we enjoyed it thoroughly, the stuffed crepe we ordered came cold which was unexpected. Even the wait staff were confused by this. BUT, because we came just as they were switching to their lunch menu, it's possible that this crepe had been in the fridge and they decided not to warm it up. Nevertheless, it was delicious - we just...
