One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time! I felt as though I was walking into a family members kitchen! It was great! Very welcoming, cozy and kid friendly! The owner could tell I needed a tall cup of coffee, which was a great cup of coffee may I add! The food.... OMG! The food!! My daughter had scrambled eggs, homestyle fries, fresh fruit and toast. My husband and I each had the breakfast burrito, homestyle fries and fresh fruit. I never finish a meal and I literally wanted to lick the plate! The fruit was so fresh, the homestyle fries were literally homestyle fries made fresh! The flavors were amazing! The breakfast burrito... i couldn’t believe the flavor profile of this amazing tortilla wrapped surprise! Ham, eggs, fresh veggies and cheese!! I literally wanted to give the owner and chef a hug for such an amazing breakfast! This is a must stop even if you aren’t hungry!! Thankful for a full belly of pure amazing-ness to start out our...

Loved the hippy happy vibe from the outside to the inside. Everything was fun, vibrant yet relaxing, and interesting. I loved the water brought in unmatched glassware with mint sprigs and lemon slices. Yes please! So refreshing and just what my tummy needed!! I ordered the Benny (eggs Benedict) which was served with rosemary infused hollandaise sauce, asparagus, and a savory thick slice of ham. Can I just say the eggs were prepared eggscellently - so fluffy and cooked to the exact "doneness" that is a requisite for this dish. Perfection. My husband ordered the Tomavo which was similar, replacing the ham with tomato, and included slices of avocado. Again. Perfection. We had an attentive and friendly server who continued with the cool vibe in her garb. And to top it off, we were treated to classic 70's music throughout our...

A must stop going to/from Zion. We didn't hesitate one bit to go here on our way to the park for breakfast. My wife and I are all about dining and shopping local when on vacation. This cafe was the best food spot and chill by far. Never had I tasted water that was so refreshing. The added fresh slices of fruit was delicious to which I'll start doing at home. I later realized it helped out trem after the hike to scouts overlook. The food was A++ best sandwich and homefries I've had in awhile. Portion size, appearance, everything was spot on. Never before had I seen or ordered Sun Tea from a cafe which I don't regret. I couldn't exactly make out the added spices but it was damn tasty. Hats off to the staff and chef for the great food and hospitality. Very chill, relaxed and welcome atmosphere. Good vibes. Will be back...

We stopped for breakfast on our way out of town (Stop 8 on the Springdale Shuttle) on the recommendation of another couple we met at the hotel. A little blast from the past and artsy with the decor gave it a bit of a 60's vibe.... groovy! They have a small indoor eating area and a larger outdoor patio area on the side. Friendly folks who gave the impression that they wanted to make sure we enjoyed our time and food. We each had the Eggs Benedict of which there were two choices, one with tomato and the other with ham. The meat was not your standard slice of Canadian bacon but a very good size 1/4 inch thick or more slice of ham. While the potatoes were a bit on the crispy side both breakfasts looked and tasted delicious! This place is a real gem and we highly recommend!

I am so glad we found this breakfast place during our trip to Zion!! The cutest and coziest place. We felt right at home thanks to the excellent service and the ambiance. The food was absolutely perfect. We wanted something filling and healthy and we found just that here at Park House. We loved it so much that we had to come back the next morning! Every plate is served with seasonal fresh fruit. We had their breakfast burrito, the parfait, and their standard breakfast plate! Delicious and perfect before a hike. They also have a house juice which I think changes - when we visited they had orange and pomegranate juice, it was so delicious and refreshing. 100% recommend trying the park house on your next trip to Zion/Springdale!!
