Linda Lou's — Restaurant in Springdale

My wife and I were in the area for a day and saw the name. I love southern rock and Linda Lou’s hit me. We spent the next 3 hours talking with local retirees and having a great time at my favorite type of bar. The “Cheers” hubs of local retirees are the greatest place on earth to meet strangers and talk life stories. This place did not disappoint. If you ever want to feel true vintage Americana…go to a bar like this and talk to the guys there at 2pm. I learned about properly cooked Hogskins. How to boil peanuts properly, and how to garner lard properly from a hog’s leftovers after slaughter. These are things that will be lost soon that require effort…and love for the task. Well me and my wife are getting back into shooting pool but the pool hall we drove 20 min. to was closed so we found this little hole in the wall. I will say this they have some if the best pool tables I've ever played on. Very friendly atmosphere inside. My only quirks were it is very dark in the front and needs a neon sign or lights in the front to brighten it up. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I would definetly go back to this bar to shoot pool and the drinks look...

Went to Linda's tonight for league. It's a wonderful place. Plenty of tables, great bartender, and wonderful atmosphere. You feel like you are at home. Ms. Linda and the staff really take care of you. Thank y'all for a great visit!...
