Excellent. The best Hooks location I have visited in the Cincinnati Area. I ordered the catfish dinner yesterday and again today. My wife ordered a meal here as well. We were both delighted with the product we received. I plan to go on a regular basis. The location is extremely clean and well organized. I'm thinking some of the other comments must be a different location. This spot looks to be clean enough to eat off the floors though not recommended. Decided to try this place after my in-laws shared the story of the vandalization. The food was amazing, and the people working were incredibly kind and generous. I was craving a fish sandwich and this did not disappoint! He talked me into the hush puppies (had never tried them before) and when I said they reminded me of falafel he went and made me some falafel- an item not in the menu. Hands down the best falafel I have ever had. Please put this on the menu!! I don’t live around here but I will definitely be back the next time we are in town...

The chicken, when it's fresh is decent. But I recently went there about a 3 days ago with my fiancé to pick up an online order. Idk if there is a SEWAGE pipe break, but the entire inside of the restaurant smells like human FECES! It was so overpowering that it made my stomach upset! The smelled burned into my nose and I was physically ill for several hours afterwards! It is one of the worst smells I Ever smelled! I will never enter that place again! The owners need to fix this issue because honestly It such a turn off I didn't even eat the food...
