One of the best, if not the best, Chinese restaurants in the tri-state area. I have been a customer for a few years and the food is always phenomenal. The server is great and builds a relationship with frequent customers. By frequent I mean you've been there more than once. Once you've built a taste profile she will recommend selections or advise against bold moves outside your comfort zone. As a basic consumer you are introduced to the lunch special menu which contains all of your favorite high quality Asian-American cuisine combos at low prices. Some people never make it past this menu as these options satiate any desire. If you're going in for dinner you may find your way to the full menu which you could literally spend your whole time trying to make a decision on which combinations of Chinese flavors you would like to explode in your mouth. I've looked at this menu only once since I've stumbled unto their secret golden treasure, the Chinese menu. WARNING: once you unleash the mystical powers of this menu, there is no turning back. You will no longer give any attention to any menus written in english. On this menu you will find things like: beef noodle soup, combo noodle soup (pho), pig ears, tripe, a variety of duck recipes, fried rice combinations you have never heard of, seafood feasts, the items are endless! Yesterday I ordered from Uber eats, one of the food dishes being beef rice noodles. At first everything was great until I felt something weird and rough in my mouth, felt like yarn. I pull it out and sure enough it’s a braided piece of fabric and I could’ve swallowed or choked on this! It looks like it was in the noodles for awhile cooked in it or something. I contacted the restaurant yesterday, and I understand they originally speak a different language but they understand perfect English and acted like they didn’t know what I was trying to say…yet they know exactly what I ordered because they pulled up my order, they read English. I had to repeat 4-5 times what I found in my food…and then they tried asking me repeatedly if I just want to order one of their other foods, no! I don’t want to, I just want credit back on my debit card. Last thing that happened was one of the employees asked for my phone number so “the boss can call me back”…I waited till closing time for them to contact me and still nothing. They didn’t even sound like they cared about what I was talking about the phone. And now it’s the next day, I gave up waiting for them to call me back, and now here’s the review! This has to be the worst place I have ever tried to eat. I ordered the sweet & sour chicken but I am not sure what I was served. I believe it may have been a combination of week old chicken and pork.
