I was really excited and happy that our little town was having a coffee shop come in even if it is a big brand, but as a former manager I'm very disappointed. What is going on at this place. Every week there's something not right. No dome lids, no cups, out of caramel, out of whipped cream, out of chocolate sauce. Should I even begin with the inconsistency of everything? Me- "Do I have to ask for it to have whipped cream everytime?" Employee- "No it will always come with whipped cream unless asked." Following day.... Me- Places order and goes to pay. Employee- Hands me my drink without whip cream. Me- Reminding the employee of what they told me the day previously about my drink with whipped cream. Employee- taking my cup back to add whipped cream.
I am a very reasonable person and I let things go quite often. As a previous manager most times there's an issue, it is very easily a teaching moment and a time to be understanding of a specific situation. But having to leave a drive thru more than a handful of times since a business has opened because management is not staffing properly or placing supply orders properly. It's one thing for it to be a out of nowhere every now and then thing, but almost a weekly occurrence is just poor management. Now let's talk about why I have to leave without placing an order. Times as followed: 8 minute wait 15 minute wait 24 minute wait 35 minute wait Each time for these I've had to leave without placing an order at this oh so conveniently located coffee shop because I will miss an appointment and my vehicle is behind the garbage can or hanging in the common drive. So on these occasions I've had to go without my coffee or just go to Starbucks where I know in 10 minutes or under I will have placed my order...

I came here on Sat July 1st at 2:30 ish PM, I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee with 2 cream and 1 sugar.. for starters I get to the window (the girl working was a heavy set young girl) I hand her my money (bill was $3.59 I gave her $3.60) she then asked if what I gave her was exact I said well there is .1 but just keep it... idk should prob count money people hand you not go off a customer's word just saying. #2 I drive away which I do not take a drink of my coffee until a few miles down the road, I take a drink of something I wouldn't even call coffee, absolutely no coffee in this drink let alone anything I asked for. So I turn around because $3.59 for a drink is enough for me to atleast get what I ordered. So I go back Noone was at the drive through line so I went back in drive through and AS KINDLY AS POSSIBLE let them know my drink was incorrect and I told them the drink it was supposed to be... the girl came back and said "I personally made that drink I know I made it correctly" I said well I get these every single day this is not at all what I ordered (which I took a pic of the sticker on the drink where it clearly says 4 vanilla shots instead of the vanilla swirl iced it normally says) but who looks at the white paper on the drink let alone driving. Anyway she then cuts me off as I'm talking and very snarly tells me to pull around to give me a new drink which still didn't taste right but at this point this girl was clearly incompetent and I was running late to where I was going. Read moreI'm not sure why this place is getting such bad reviews people need to realize that this is a store that just open and its employees that are just learning the menu people need to be a little bit more kind and understanding because I always have an amazing time when ordering they always get my order correct there always good with making my drinks perfect the girls are so sweet in there I've only had one issue with the people in the morning that are not as friendly but the evening people are so sweet but like I said everyone needs to remember it's a brand new store and to give them bad reviews is pretty much BS also remember that it's the holidays one of the first days of their week that they opened people were throwing a fit over Donuts it's not a big deal it's Donuts and they need to remember it just open I am thankful for the workers and I am thankful for how sweet they are and how good they make my drinks and I hope people read this review and realize it's a brand new store things are going to go wrong and things might take a little longer because these people are new and learning the menu be kind and be nice and be courteous and everyone have a good holiday and just remember be thankful that the store is now there and they are trying their best I even switch from Starbucks everyday to support and on top of that people need to start tipping better realize it's the holidays and just be...
