McDonald's — Restaurant in Springfield Charter Township

I go here every morning before work and for the most part everything is pretty decent for fast food standards. Giving a 3 star because this is the second time I've tried to go inside to order but was unable because they didn't post the correct hours on the door.

Edit: The problem was that their hours say they open at 6:00 A.M. on weekdays and I would walk to the doors at 7:00 A.M. and they were locked with the employees inside just chilling out. It happened a third time but it's been months since it has happened so I think they straightened it out.

Edit 5/17/19: Came in for lunch at about 12:20 so it was very busy. Ordered on their machine as there was a line. Wanted some snack wraps. My options were to buy them individually for a $1.89 or buy a two-pack for $2.50. I decide to buy the two pack. I also decide to buy two of the two-packs. Comes out to $5.00.

When I get my food I notice there were only two wraps, and this is no big deal as I just planned to let them know and get the the rest of my order. I do so and immediately another employee looks at my receipt and tells me I was incorrect. I know this is not true because if a single snack wrap is $1.89 why would two snack wraps cost me $5.00? Well I try to explain this and instead I'm just belittled by the employee and was told that I didn't order what I thought I ordered. She gave me the two other wraps I ordered so she wouldn't have to argue with me. Fair enough.

Getting my order wrong is fine, it's just fast food. They were also very busy, I get it. My complaint is how rude she was to me about it. I don't care describe exactly how she treated me but she made it clear that I was completely stupid and wrong about this inconsequential thing that I was most definitely not wrong about. Giving this place a 1 star and do not plan to go back, the one near M-15 is...

Customer service is terrible. English muffins are always burned, and sausage is brown on one side. White on the other filet of fish is never steamed. The bun is always dry.

Update* This store is the absolute worst McDonald's in America. Every time it's a mistake, I ordered a big breakfast, and it came with no pancakes and dirty eggs biscuits hard. I could continue, but...... update: still the worst McDonald's in America 🇺🇸. My daughter wanted a burger and fries today, so I stopped. Big mistake I literally ordered a mcdouble and fry. I was told to pull ahead and wait. I waited 4 minutes a car pulled in and paid pulled in the next spot to wait 5 more minutes pass a 12 year old takes her 2 happy meals and a bag of food I asked him did you give her my food he said no let me go get yours he went in my food wasn't even made yet sone little prik forgot to make my food and I know that it was done on purpose the burger was dry and didn't have the extra pickles that I ordered and the frys were Luke warm. The world has found its worst location in davisburg...

We went through the drive through. Was given the wrong bag of food. We went back through the drive through and told them what happened. She told us to work our way through and they'll give us the correct food at the last window. There were 5 cars in front of us. We made it to the 1st window and we were told our correct food was waiting for us. We made it to the window and the kid hands me a bag of food. I grabbed the bag and already knew it wasn't for us. We only had 3 dbl cheeseburgers and 3 small fries, the bag they gave me was packed full. He realized what he did and asked for the bag back (which I thought with covid was a big no no. Oh well). I have him the bag and he asked what I ordered. Told him and he asked for me to pull up. They finally brought us our food. We waited for over a half hour to get our food that "they had waiting" for us. Yet the kid told me they were making our cheeseburgers but had to go get more meat. Once we got our food you could tell they were thrown together quickly....
