Placed an order on the app and waited in the reserved parking (3) area for my order. Waited 10 minutes before having to walk in. When I had walked in, I noticed the store floors were dirty and so were several of the other tables. The cashier they had for the front line was busy playing on his cellphone. The manager went into their system and found my order and I had to wait for them to prepare it, the order that I had placed online was never sent to the back. I heard the manager tell the crew member that was playing on his phone that there was an order that needed to be taken out for another online order, he walked around like he was lost before she told him again that they were there for the order and to take it out. I feel that if an employee has time to play on their phone, they had time to clean the tables, sweep, and mop. The counter behind the employee had candy crumbs everywhere that could have been wiped off. Back when I was a McDonald's employee, the uncleanliness was unacceptable and so was playing on the cellphone. I get that it's not the best job but it is a service that is being provided to people. A service that they are being paid to provide. I won't be back to this location and have decided to walk into any fast food restaurant looking at cleanliness prior to ordering. Mine and my family's health is more important than saving myself some time...
Read moreYou know,, I come to this McDonald's every morning and I get 2 LG caramel frappuccino's add chocolate drizzle w/2 shots of espresso in each. And for some reason the morning manager always gets it wrong and I believe that she does it knowingly. Also I noticed this morning that there were more than one manager working. I am not talking about the Caucasian short lady with the glasses because she was very helpful this morning and very nice might I add. I'm talking about the African American lady with the attitude. Every morning she makes the Frappuccinos watery and then has the audacity to tell me it's because of the 2 expresso shots. Maybe,, just maybe... if the Frappuccino was in a small or a medium size cup,, then and only then it's very possible for the espresso shots to make the Frappuccino watery. Due to the fact that I have been getting Frappuccinos for the past 22 years of my life. I do know for a pure fact that 2 espresso shots will not make the large cup of Frappuccino watery. It's barely any shaved ice in there for crying out loud and this is every morning. I'm a six-time combat War veteran who just want his Frappuccino done right. I have to get out of my car to go correct this issue that I have every morning and I'm fed up with it. Oh yes and I almost forgot to mention that now I have to skip that McDonald's on Winton Road just to go further to...
Read moreI don't "often" go to McDonald's, but when I do... Well, different locations are different. This location is fine. I do try to remember to just park the car and go inside for a carry out order, particularly when there is a long line of cars. Although it didn't take them long to clear the line, you never know when you might get stuck behind some indecisive person ordering for 6 people that they have on speaker phone, so they are yelling at the phone, at the speaker, "No, let me change that to a..." Also, the entire time y'all are sitting in line you are burning gas (which is not cheap) and you are missing the chance to get up off your ... seat ... and get in some steps, even if it's only a few. Less gas, more exercise, and often, faster service. Oh, there was a "new to me" deluxe version of the QuarterPounder w/cheese. It seemed to just have a few more pickles and some (or some more) lettuce on it, so maybe worth the extra dollar if you value adding a bit of healthy fiber. Or you could eat an apple (at home) for a lot less. It was good though, and maybe fresher, because they have to make it different. And remember, potatoes are a starch, not...
