Warrior Pizza and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Springfield Township

We have been going to the Warrior the last few years and like their pizza; get my foster daughter fish basket. Have enjoyed talking with/the owner a few times. This time tonight was not a great experience. We ordered 2 orders, one for my f.d. We had #48, and her fish came right away. Unfortunately, a couple came in and got our # when our # was taken when first order came. The couple took our order and began eating our pizza and asked for a box and asked about the rest of their order. The woman hightailed it out to their car and came back to wait for their order. We had to wait while our order was prepared. It's a shame some ppl. are so dishonest! We were given a gift card and later the shift manager came out to apologise. My son is in retail, so he knows what it's like being treated badly by cutomersc, so he displays a lot of Mercy. I will write to the owner. Otherwise our experiences have been good. This used to be a great local place to go to with good food friendly and efficient staff , however , the past few visits I can no longer say this. The staff has been very rude lately and unprofessional. They have not only taken a very long time to bring food out that otherwise has been quickly brought out but the orders have been wrong . When I asked for the rest of our order that we already waited 17 min to get ( a hotdog and a cheeseburger and fries ) she rudely said ....well if you want the fries it'll be at least another 10-15 min . Do you still want them ? Mind you we ordered them and paid for them. She acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking for what we ordered and paid for . No apology was offered or anything mentioned about the long wait either. This is just one of many situations like this we have experienced of late . Service would have got five stars but they forgot one sandwich I had to go around and wait in line all over again to the drive-thru. But they were very nice. The food was horrible as I said first they forgot sandwich so I had to go back and wait in line again. Then the big fish sandwich was disgustingly little and cold two orders of cauliflower cold and gooey. The only thing that was hot was the fries and that was it from waiting on the forgotten sandwich cuz I started eating anyways as we were waiting in line. We got a cream chicken sandwich a super small big fish sandwich chicken strips with fries and two orders of cauliflower $26!!!!!!!!!???
