Casey's — Restaurant in Springfield

They usually do a good job, but today was very poor. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. The pizza I received was not what I ordered. When I order for pickup the box doesn’t have the tape on it for deliveries. I think it is likely they just gave me another persons regular pepperoni that wasn’t picked up, because they didn’t want to make mine. Crust was very chewy like it had been sitting there for a long time. When I asked the employee if they did extra cheese, I was hoping they would remedy the situation, but she lied. I was just there and the heavy set man with the red hair working the counter was extremely rude and dismissive. I greeted him and he said nothing. So I repeated my greeting and still nothing. Then I said, " O, I guess today is not a day for saying hi to guest." He gestured to the black lady in the back office and said, "She said, "hi, not me." So I got quiet for a minute before I mouthed off back and just asked her if she would come up and assist me. Obviously was bothering this man because he had to put his cellphone down and help me, but this Casey's was a disappointment tonight.
