Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

Just ordered a calzone with double extra cheese, 6 piece BBQ boneless wings with ranch, Big Don Italian sub hold the banana peppers and the tomatoes, and a Ham and Smoked Provolone hold the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with the special instructions requesting the dressing on the side. I didn't get the ranch for the wings and the dressing was still on the sub. The only reason why I'm giving a 4 star and not lower is because what I did get tasted good and Jennifer was friendly and ensured I had my order in my grasps when my dog got too excited to see someone new. I used to work at a very busy Donatos and worked a lot of late nights so I understand the stress that comes with the job but the mistakes from this order happen every time I order from this location. This is just the first time I'm saying something (I don't order from here often, maybe 3 times in the last 6 months)

Edit: Original review was about 5 months ago. On 9/7/22 I ordered delivery. Took an hour from when I placed the order just for it to leave the building. The pizza I ordered came as I requested minus the parmesan packets that I didn't get. The 12 piece BBQ boneless wings I ordered were noticeably sauced in the box I received them in and barely had any sauce on them; I also did not get the ranch that was supposed to come with them. This review has nothing to do with the employees manager anyone at the store. They are very nice and we're very nice and how they treated me on the phone. I told them I'm never ordering another Donatos pizza ever again based on corporate. Donatos makes a rule I have a medical situation with my gout. I have to cut down on my pork so I ordered two separate meats, beef and chicken. He said they did not cost any extra other than the system will not allow me to order beef and chicken instead of pepperoni and sausage.

I was also substituting onions for extra cheese. Usually they do this substitution no charge I don't mind even paying for that extra charge. The point is they won't allow me to order beef and chicken. I have to cut back as I said so now Dan's corporate America has caused to lose my business I will not ever order a pizza again Shame on corporate America. I repeat the employees have nothing to do with two stars I gave for service I am so disappointed they make this rule is the customer always king apparently definitely not at Donatos. I am not taking advantage of the situation or system. Kudos to the gentleman on the phone today. He was very nice. I wished him a happy holiday. Ordered my food at 613 said pick up was 20 minutes. I got there at 640. My food was still was not ready i paid at the drive up window waited 10minutes at the window then there was a line behind me the lady came to the window said it would be 5 minutes and asked if i could pull out front to wait. I pulled around waited still no food 713 maid 1 hour still waiting finally got through on the phone the manager said well we are short staff only one cook it would be another 2 min when it comes out of the oven she would bring it out. I continued to be on the phone with her and it was 5 more minutes when she brought it out so all together the time was 1hour 7 minutes waiting on a pick up order they said 20 minutes for was way to long. For delivery they said 1hr an 10minutes thats why i said i would pick it up. With delivery it could have been much longer. VERY POOR...
