Dunkin' — Restaurant in Springfield

Since this location has a new manager, it has gotten severely better. Previously, we stopped going because our order was always messed up, every single time without fail. Food missing or cold, coffee never right and three quarters of the time they would forget the donuts. Yes, the place with an existence entirely revolving around donuts forgets the donuts.

Recently, we decided to give them another chance and came to find out it is under new management. Have only had one problem since, and that was resolved near immediately. Food is actually better than most other locations we frequent, better service and cleaner too. Seeing as we live about a minute away from this location, its great not having to go out of our way anymore.

Room for improvement as with all companies. I give this loc a solid 4/5, you'll be 4.5 if I could. Owner needs to give their management a raise for turning this place around so...

Never been so disrespected and disgusted at an establishment ever before it was Sunday evening I was in the area after coming from church service and stopped for a coffee and refresher, the heavy set blonde woman who referred herself as the manager told me that I couldn't have my refresher the way I asked for it when explaining to her I have never had anyone tell me that I could have no ice she told me to go the store that gives it to me like that, I replied to her customer service etiquette then she became irate and very disrespectful. Listen I am not one to write reviews really, but I feel this one needs to be shared as I get frustrated with this dunkin all the time I go only because it’s right there from my job. I went there today 11/17/24 trying to get 6$ meal deal they had no bacon or hash browns which okay that’s fine that is not what I’m complaining about, I get a plain bagel with cream cheese and coffee. I get to my job and take the bagel out it is as hard as a rock, there’s literally one tiny scoop of cream cheese which isn’t even spread out really it’s where the hole is in the bagel.
