Twice now we have ordered Gamo's, and twice now my wife and I have been absolutely delighted by the delicious food. We were intrigued by the concept of an Indian-Italian fusion pizza, so one night we took the plunge and ordered the Butter Chicken and the Vindaloo pizzas. Both were amazing. The butter chicken was flavourfully spiced without being overwhelming, and the vindaloo had a wonderful curry flavor and a spicy heat. Impressively, the potatoes in the vindaloo pizza had the perfect texture, practically melting in your mouth as we ate.
As we wanted to explore the menu we had also ordered an 8 piece of the Honey Garlic wings, which brings about the one cloud that darkened an otherwise perfect meal. You see, 8 wings meant we only had 4 for each of us, which was nowhere near enough! They were the best thing we ordered, and tonight for our second time ordering? We made sure to get eight each!
We ordered the pesto pasta tonight to try something new. (For the record, honey garlic wings and butter chicken pizzas are going to be a staple of every order.) We got it with chicken, red onion, and jalapenos. The pesto was herby and wonderful, though it was a little too heavy on the olive oil.
In all seriousness, this has been some of the best pizza I've ever had. Even the normal offerings are good, with the crust having a nice fluffy texture with a bit of chew that held up after a couple of days in the fridge.
Aside from the food, the service was excellent as well. They were polite and direct on the phone, and the delivery time was reasonably short. The drivers have been polite as well!
Please do yourself, and them, a favor and order some tonight!...
Read moreDo not let any details of the location throw you, their pizza is worth it! They're in a little spot in the same building as a gas station & your only real options are take out or delivery, but their pizza is great, and where else are you going to get Chicken Vindaloo Pizza?
Now, my preferred spice level is White Girl Spicy. I like to feel it, but I have nothing to prove. So, with that in mind, I will say that their Butter Chicken is very mild & I think could use a little something, but if you've got someone who can't do spicy this is what you get them. The Pesto pizza was very good. The pesto sauce is not overwhelming, it's a good please-everyone kind of pizza. The Vindaloo was right up my alley. It had a very good heat without burning up my mouth & killing my taste buds. All of their toppings are big, so if you don't like something, it's easy to pick off. I ordered (or thought I ordered) the thin crust and I do wish it had gotten a little more crispy. The wort part of the experience was using Slice to make the order, but eh, that could...

Gamo's Pizza brings a unique flavor to the table in that they offer indian and Chinese flavors in their pizza, wings, and pastries. I've never had a better wing in my life! Marinated for 24 hours in Indian spices and then baked, sealing flavor into every bite. These savory pastries are a hit too! Mine didn't even make it out of the parking lot! Soft, pillowy dough, every bite packed with flavor and filling.
I'll be back for the pizzas, because the specialties featuring chicken tikka sound like a great way to shake up pizza night, and satisfy those cravings for the fragrant and full bodied flavor from the East. Don't worry, if you're not as adventurous, they have traditional pizzas and toppings too!
If you don't know, now you know... Gamo's is a hit. You're missing out. Stop reading,...
