Absolutely horrible experience. Owner gave me my order for free after waiting an hour. Thankful for the owner and how they tried to make it right but will not return until they get rid of current "new manager". She was extremely rude when I kindly asked about my order after waiting an hour patiently. Then after speaking with owner over the phone, the cooks were rude and angry that they had to give me my order after I received a refund. Need to get new staff that know how to treat customers. I have not eat here since before covid. The place changed hands.the menu is similar to before but not as good though in my opinion.The price was decent i came in about 1:30 ish. Food not fresh at all.chicken was picked over and dried out as well as the fish .the chopped bbq was good no bbq sauce that i could see in the place though. After rating this place on FB, I received a personal message on FB from a sketchy page called "GOOD COOK" and in the message I was practically ridiculed for leaving an unsatisfied review, and they even went as far as comparing them not having normal options (they didn't have hush puppies or macaroni & cheese at a bbq buffet) to my PERSONAL PANTRY.
