I have always been a fan of head west, wonderful food and usually great service. Today I am home sick with my son, wanting to order soup and subs, I called the S 6th location, the first time the girl asked me to hold and the called was hung up, I called back, not put on hold this second time, but as I was half way through my order the girl said she's alone could I please hang on a second, to which I said yes, MISTAKE because I got hung up on again. Tried calling the downtown and Jefferson locations and they both said they couldn't deliver to me. So again I tried S 6th one last time, this time a guy answered and asks if I can hold, to which I replied no and explained I had been hung up on twice and tried 2 other locations, and he had the audacity to say," too bad you'll have to hold" I just hung up before they could do it to me for a third time! It really sucks to say but I won't be ordering from/stopping by headwest anymore. FIX YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER...

However, the new people who were making my sandwich didn't know what a green pepper is and told me they have none (they did), put cheese on my sandwich when I said, "no, I'm lactose intolerant" more than once, gave me tuna salad instead of chicken salad, put it in the toaster without asking (I didn't want it toasted). And when the manager lady re-made it she told me to place an order online for faster service (that won't resolve the fact that they made it wrong several times).
The whole thing tasted "off" so I only ate half before throwing it out.
**Edited to add: After relaying my awful experience to a coworker, I was informed that she received her sandwich last week on a fully moldy loaf of sweet bread.
Yea I think instead I will just take a long break from this location for a while and visit other sub places around...
Read moreI am very disappointed in the customer service of this location. I love the food, but I ordered a brownie for pickup and they didn't give it to me with my order. It is $2.50, I called to ask that they refund my card and they said they would have a manager call me back just for the brownie. A few hours later they called and said we could drive back and pick it up, but I was already going to work. I asked them to please just refund it since I didn't get my brownie I paid for, they said I would have to call back another day to get it. At this point I might as well dispute the charges because why is it so hard to refund an item that wasn't given? Very disappointing service for...
