They told me that my food would take 30 minutes, I called 45 minutes later and was hung up on. I called an hour later and they laughed at me, told me everyone had to wait an hour so I couldn't get any discount or be refunded, and then they hung up on me again. At this point I drove over there and there was no one cooking at all. They then told me that they could have my meal done in 30 minutes and the woman there laughed at me for being upset. When I asked her "what about customer service?" She told me that she was too busy to care and that if I didn't want the meal then I could go. The food was good previously but this experience and the disrespect I was shown has definitely made them lose my business and others...

Let’s just say that the first time I ever tried the food from this place it was amazing. The second time wasn’t so great my chicken wings were stale and smelled and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The third time I waited over an hour for food, called the restaurant phone didn’t ring, waited 10 min till I was finally able to get someone on the phone. To get the run around about my food to be told it was on its way to someone calling me back and saying the kitchen never received it. Unorganized is all I can say cause I spoke to three different people and got a different response from those three people. Let’s just say that was my last time ordering from this place I’m not one to leave reviews but today...

We have ordered from this restaurant for delivery many times and it has continuesly gone downhill. The food is not that great and the service is awful. Tonight we ordered and the delivery was suppose to take 30 minutes, I called about 45 minutes later and the lady who answered the phone said something about talking to her manager and she would be right back which she wasn't. I think they forgot to make our order. I called back and the lady said that the driver was almost here. So I said ok. A half hour later I called back and she said that the driver is leaving now. I told her that she said that a half hour ago and it only takes 6 minutes to get to my house. I will never be going back...
