Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

I placed an order online. Waited 10-15mins past the scheduled pickup time as other people came and went around me. A worker asked me what was I waiting on. I told her my order and then the guy cutting pizzas tells her he accidentally gave it out to the customer that just walked out.

The guy who was cutting pizzas then runs outside to the previous customer. My girlfriend was outside in the car and watched him get the cheese bread from the customer in the car. He then shares a cigarette with Ashley the store manager before coming back in with the cheese bread.

The guy cutting pizzas puts the cheese bread back in the hot box at the bottom where they thought I couldn't see. After about 30 seconds another employee tries to hand me the cheese bread that was previously given to another customer.

I informed the worker that I would not accept the cheese bread that was given out to another customer. I then ask for a refund as I was disgusted that they really tried to give me food another customer touched.

At this point Ashley the manager comes back in the store after finishing her cigarette and tells me that I will not be getting rude with her or her employees. I tell Ashley that I am not being rude and that I just want my refund. At no point did I yell or use profanity against her. Ashley tells me that they already tried to offer me a remake, which at no point they did, even after being confronted about trying to pass off the cheese bread another customer touched.

I will be in contact with the district manager and I will be contacting the health department. The employee cutting the pizza was also constantly on his phone while cutting the pizzas and had his mask down. I feel like this store has no regards for food safety, especially during a sensitive...

I'm really fed up with the awful quality of the food put out by the Grube Street store. The pizza I got was about 1/4 crust. It wasn't evenly made as 1/4 of the pizza fell apart when we picked up a piece because the crust was so thin under the toppings . Somebody obviously couldn't be bothered to roll out the dough or spread the toppings evenly.

This pizza cost over $2 more than it would have if I picked it up myself. On top of that It was a Bestest pizza which is supposed to be a little higher quality than the standard pizza but this was simply BAD. You'd think since they know Door Dash jacks up the prices on everything they'd make an effort to make the food decent but the opposite is true.

The only reason I used Door Dash is because I wanted the Italian Cheese Bread. Well it's not on their online menu for pick up and it's not on the menu if you use Little Caesars delivery. You've got to pay inflated Door Dash prices if you want the Italian Cheese Bread. Or you can place your order in person at the store and wait an hour to get your food. Somebody at this store really doesn't want you to order Italian Cheese Bread.

Oh, and they've shrunk the Crazy Bread too and Doordash won't let your order it unless you add a sauce which I didn't need.

Save yourself some aggravation and don't order from this store. DoorDash did a great job getting the order to me but the food itself was terrible. This was the second time they've done this to me this year. There won't be a third because they have permanently lost my business. You have...

This location is pathetic. It’s really sad I used to love it. It was very convenient, fast affordable, but now as far as carry out and Ordering online it’s a joke. I wouldn’t waste my time with this location again East Main is the way to go. You can drive from this side of town from the grube street Location to E. Main St. and back for four times before they get a 15 minute order ready that’s sad. I waited over an hour and a half before after I paid online. I don’t know what the problem is but it definitely ain’t the same. Maybe it’s because they only want to pay people $11 an hour can’t blame nobody for wanting to stay there. Poor management poor pay but people still try to order there eventually they’re gonna have to start paying more or something or that location will be closed. I’m not the kind of person that puts a bad review on somebody but I’m doing it today. I just tried to call before I wasted my time ordering online because I know how much of a Joke it is try to give them the benefit of the doubt And nobody answered that answers my question for me that’s all I need to know.
