Tudor's Biscuit World — Restaurant in St. Albans

Edit: I have down graded my review for this establishment because it has been very miss lately. The food here has gone very down hill. It tastes like it was cooked yesterday and reheated for today. I would rather have to pull around and wait for my food to be cooked fresh than be served what they have been serving lately... The prices have gone up and the quality has gone way down. The service has changed as well you get reprimanded for how you order your food because they don't listen to the order and they tell you they don't have that button on the register. I'm sorry I am the customer I don't know what buttons you do or don't have but I do know it is your job to listen to what I order. I have been going to this restaurant for years ordering the same way and never had a problem. Today I waited for 4 minutes at the window for a BLT and tator rounds pulled out stuck my hand in the bag and the tator rounds were not even hot.... Not even a little bit. The BLT was OK but the only thing fresh about it was the toast it was on. 9$ For a BLT combo and the only fresh part about it was the toast come on give me a break.. Y'all gotta do better this is one of our favorite spots but it is quickly becoming one of our least favorite spots if I'm honest.

This place IS good when they are on-game. Unfortunately, what comes out of their kitchen is incredibly inconsistent. Roughly half the times I've ordered I've gotten less than what I was supposed to. When something you order says it has 3 eggs, and you can clearly see you have only been given two....come on.

They do fix problems after the fact, but you have to call them and point it out every time. It just gets tiring to do over and over. I just want to get what I order without having to make a big deal about it.

They always give me cold tater rounds even though I specify hot and crunchy. Too many times they have gave me eggs as thin as crepes. I use to LOVE their loaded breakfast wraps. They were almost double the size of the regular wraps. However they have gotten as small around as the other breakfast wraps but the price hasn't changed. Also I ordered a chopped steak dinner with 2 mash pot and gravy as sides 3 days ago. My chopped steak gravy didnt have the onions or mushrooms in it. It's very disappointing when you're not sure what you're going to get, or NOT get, everytime you go. You have to take your chances and hope for the best. It shouldn't be that way.
