Jimmy's Pizza — Restaurant in St. Charles

First and LAST time ever ordering from here!! False advertising as I chose “curbside pickup” and they said they don’t do that. Slice app did not accept my order or track it. I had to call to make sure Jimmy’s got my order. The “untrained” young woman working there did not know anything at all and had to ask others in the background every question I asked. She said they would bring it out to me and to call when I arrive. I called when I got there and they said I “had to come in…and that’s the way they do it there”. I asked if the manager was there and they said yes. I had to wait in line behind two people. There was only one table with customers. While waiting, a young woman started walking outside with an order, and I asked if it was mine. She said yes. I said I want to speak to the manager. As soon as I saw the manager come from around the corner, he was huffing and puffing his chest out. He was intimidating and rude, would not make eye contact, kept rolling his eyes while I was speaking, and said I had to take it up with the Slice App. I said I want my tip back as I tipped for the delivery of curbside pickup and he said I also had to deal with Slice App for that. I checked the toppings on the pizza before I left. I told him it was my first and last time ordering. He was a complete jerk! The cheese bread is awful, dry, no butter, oil, seasoning, nor garlic on it and zero flavor. Pizza was supposed to be thick, but I don’t believe 1/4” thick qualifies as thick crust. The crust does not appear to be “home made in store”. The pizza is edible but poor quality, and the cheese bread is garbage. I reported this to Slice. What a disappointment for small-town Minnesota!!! Perhaps someone can inform the owners. I wouldn’t want my store...

Came in and sat down because first time thought someone would come and take our order (we didn’t see any signs and this was a while ago). We sat and sat. Someone was standing behind the counter just standing there and we thought that was weird. “Why isn’t he taking our orders?” we thought. Still we continued to sit and wait patiently. We watched people come in and grab their pizzas to-go. We waited and waited and finally decided we weren’t going to wait any longer. We then go to the restaurant across the street and talked to someone about this place and they said that we had to go up to the counter to order. Well why didn’t the guy behind the counter tell us that? He watched us sit there and wait. Maybe he thought we were waiting for other people but we wasted time here. Never plan on coming back. I ordered delivery to the truck stop! Was about an hour after I ordered but was worth it! Got the lasagna and garlic bread extra order! Would recommend it to others!! Price was good and food was great 👍. Trying to add to the last post but got chicken Alfredo and it was great. Delivery was on time! I recommend that the driver's at the truck stop order from them okay. Pricing is fair and it's better than the old hamburger and fries from the truck...
