Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in St. Clairsville

3 times. 3 separate days. First time I went in and ordered one of your salads. They made it wrong, understandable, it happens but then couldn’t even get anyone to the counter to see if I could get it fixed. Another day I went in and order two salads and oh yay they made it right, but they forgot one and still couldn’t get anyone to come back over to give me food I ordered and didn’t receive so thanks a lot. My finally time here I went in to get something different after giving up, for reference this is about the only place close to my work route that isn’t pizza. I ordered my food after trying to wave down someone to take my order because your cashier was giving his friend who did NOT work there his head set to play with (you know your DRIVE THRU HEAD SET) and giving them free ice cream over and over while letting them harass customers for their slips for surveys. It was so bad that I couldn’t even stay but I had no choice because lo and behold no one was at the counter to give me my money back because they had a bunch of middle schoolers behind the counter and were goofing off with them. I had visited this establishment a few days back i had gone in to eat with my family after a great day of shopping and tell me why the first thing we were greeted with was rap music playing very loud in the but not that but very inappropriate rap music in the back also tell me why the GM being /getting inappropriate with the young guys of the staff as in getting tickled and slaps from them I’ve never seen something like that coming into what I thought to be a professional place for families to eat and treat themselves but clearly this is why there stuff is getting messed up on a daily basis this wouldn’t be the first time of this disgusting stuff being whiteness by customers if I were the owners I’d come in and replace most of the staff if not all and replace the GM and assistant GM due to there’s to much unprofessionalism even for...

Out-of-town travelers beware!

I don't know WHY they charged (without warning) $9.19 for four (4) ice waters on my (otherwise) $36.83 order. Then, when I asked for barbecue sauce and ketchup for my chicken strips and fries, I was informed they would have to charge me for the barbecue sauce. Why? I don't know - maybe the locals are accustomed to these outrageous charges, and maybe the store is just trying to stop some losses of some sort, but the experience for a traveler stopping by on a long trip to feed a large family was among the worst ever - and I've traveled for YEARS! Yes - I still have the receipt showing the charges for the water - someone finally, and sensibly, gave me 3 barbecue sauces free of charge when I gave them a seriously questioning look...
