Pizza Milano — Restaurant in St. Clairsville

My family & I have lived in St Clairsville for the last 3 years. We have been a happy customer for 2.5 years of them with Pizza Milano(Nowhere else). Six months ago we stopped using them because of an incident with (possibly) a new person where she took our order & their driver delivered the wrong pizza. So I called them back & reordered. Second delivered pizza was made wrongly. Once again I called to complain. We were told to keep the pizzas & they will deliver again. I said I’m done for tonight so she stated she will keep my name on the board for the next time we order for the inconvenience. No problem. Well we didn’t go back until now which is 6 months later. We called to give them another shot(I mean we all can have a bad day sometimes right?) My wife placed an order & mentioned our name was on the board for a credit that we would like to use. So the young kid stated to my wife “ we don’t do that anymore! Well it wasn’t our fault!! Then he replied by saying that credit expired because of the length of time and would need to speak with the manager. He then asked the manager who said to call back in the morning that she was on her way out. Ummmm Noooo we were never told that there was a certain amount of time to use the credit. The only thing we were told was the next time we ordered. So that’s what we are doing from a loyal customer who placed $60 orders weekly(every Friday or Saturday night) for 2.5 years. Lots of money spent, prices have risen &&& service has declined!!! It’s a shame. Not to mention we had the owner once deliver us pizzas himself knowing who we were at a family hotel stay last...

Don't do it to yourself. The pizza is dry, the cheese is not real and the dough tastes like cardboard. I was passing through and stopped because it stated it was authentic pizza. Boy was I wrong. A frozen pizza is better than the pizza they are serving. It reminds me of fazolis, with the fake pasta but this is pizza. It was so disgusting I attempted to get my money back. I didn't receive a refund but I left the pizza there with them I didn't even want to keep it. I'm sorry I left out with the pizza in the first place.and because if it the owner claims he couldn't do the refund. I would rather see my money go down the drain then to force myself to eat whatever they call it. I travel for work so I have literally eaten all of the US. And this has to be in the top 3 for worst pizzas I have tasted. The owner stated he never had thus problem in 20 years well I feel bad for the locals who think the pizza is good. That's just let's me know that anyone can open a restaurant and call it anything if you are in the right location. Because I can bet money if this place were in a real city or town, they would've closed shop along time ago for the atrocity of pizza they are selling.YOU LIVE AND...

I don't normally write negative reviews on small business and try to support them over the big brand chains. However, this place I will make an exception. I was staying at a local hotel and rang and asked for two specific pizzas; a meat lovers, a Mediterranean, and garlic bread.

Looking for value, I inquired if they did a two pizza deal, to which I got a positive reply. Two for $25. So I thought ok, let's do that expecting the two pizzas I stated I would like to order.

The delivery guy turned up in about 30 mins which was great, I signed off on the slip and went to have some pizza. However upon opening the boxes there were two basic pepperoni pizzas, not what I ordered.

I chased down the delivery guy who said call the shop. So, I rang and was told they would remake them. OK....... Crickets......... No redelivery............ Then two days later my credit card gets charged.

Basically, pizza shops are a dime a dozen and this place obviously does ok business so why bother with decent customer service.
