Been slowly coming here less because I have an issue with my food almost every time I’ve come to this subway throughout the daytime hours. The kid who made my meatball sandwiches today put adequate cheese on one and I was very happy to see and then he barely put any cheese on the other one I ordered and THEN when I asked for a regular serving of cheese that matched the other sandwich he agreed they were very thin slices he said he would still have to charge me double for it as usual, It’s becoming a regular issue. So I pointed out the lack of cheese and how thin the slices really were in comparison to the other one he made, like I said, he agreed that the cheese slices were very very thin especially for a meatball, so he takes ONE of the slices away and adds another JUST as THIN slice of cheese in its place, and then picks the other one up and says” this one is a little thicker I think” and proceeds to hold it up and show me in hopes of my validation, I don’t say anything and he proceeds to place it BACK on my sandwich, after he threw the the first cheese slice that was on my meatball back into the cheese bin and yet still refused to give me an adequate amount of cheese for my already over priced meatball sandwiches. In his attempt to get me to pay double for cheese after barely receiving any I was so annoyed that I just accepted the fact that this kid was the most un helpful and rude worker I’d ever met in this store during the daytime hours paid for them and left without saying a word. Never ordering food again during the daytime hours. Night shift man is very cool though, always makes my food great and I’ve never had to request extra cheese bc he knows how to make the...
Read moreRecently, in the subway, the employees have become somehow rude, collecting products, they do it through I can’t. As if I make them work there. They put everything like a pig on a bowl, they throw half of the food on the sides, they crumble and then into the trash. Such employees damage the company every gram of products is money. I buy food and pay money for it, I am a truck driver, when we generally bring orders to delivery places, we don’t throw them away, but simply unload them and leave with a smile. Yesterday I bought a subway at another stop 1st was not cut in half. 2nd was not wrapped properly so that the products would not spill. 3 without a napkin put and gave. there was no time, I took it and left, and then I noticed everything on the road. Dear Subway managers, people get money for what they do, and we pay money for what we order. so if you please show a little respect for customers. If my words offended anyone, then please excuse me ... Good luck...
