Backwards Bread combines the best products from the former Collegeville Artisan Bakery and their own products to produce delectable goodies including Almond Croissants, Sugar Buns, Cardamon Buns, cookies, delicious garlic sourdough bread, butter buns, and a variety of other products. I highly recommend getting there early, and obtaining a fresh almond croissant or sugar bun. Unbelievable goodness!! They have limited hours. You'll want to leave their store with one of everything. I was fortunate to find this bakery on my way out of St Cloud. I had been looking for a pumpernickel bread that is clean and healthy for a diabetic to enjoy and I certainly found it here. I don't live in MN so I cannot enjoy this type of treat as often as I wish. Cannot find anything like it where I live! How can I get some of your fantastic pumpernickel rye bread sent to me in FL.?
