Great food they gave us TONS! I let them know I wanted to keep the plates etc they provided. Via messages and phone call let them know since we paid for them we would like to keep them and to put them in our bin at the wedding. Unfortunately we did not get them and a couple vendors had to use our small cake plates. Overall besides that they did wonderful. My son absolutely devoured his food as you can see lol. Great prices , friendly and most importantly good food. Hope to see a food truck somewhere to get some food again. Brisket was A1 for sure. 👍 perfect for your wedding and catering needs. Easy to work with.

Thank you for your amazing BBQ Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Buns, Baked Bean, Mac N Cheese and Cold Slaw catered for my son's Graduation Party. You absolutely used the best plastic dishes for our food not flimsy and holds up. They have great service taking care of everything so I could just visit. Plus you get to keep all your left over. Russ is a Vetran. His company is family owned. He has in town service, catering service and food truck service. Please give him a try. All the food is delicious. My favorites are the brisket sandwich, Mac and cheese. The rib platters, and once in a while when we get to enjoy the smoked turkey legs. Love how portions are always max! The food is made with love. You can tell. I also love that it's a small family that runs the entire operation. The owner is down to earth and always is sharing his thanks for all his customers. Once you try this great food you know it's quality.

I would like to thank you for everything the catered a grooms dinner for my son's wedding. Everyone loved the food . I even threw him a challenge which for a bbq place was not ordinary . We had to have a vegetarian meal for one guest . They came up with a vegetarian burger with a barbecue sauce. She loved it and another guest had one and loved it also so yes they go the extra mile. I can't say enough how friendly and easy they are to work with you. They covered everything set up plates utensils napkins all I had to do is eat! The brisket was the best I ever had and guests loved the Mac n cheese. Again you'd be crazy not to give them a chance to impress you and your guests. Your BBQ was praised by all! Russ and his company RM BBQ Beast catered 100 hungry people at my daughter's wedding. We ordered 3 meats: Brisket (amazing) Pulled pork (excellent), dry rubbed chicken (pretty good), and added on 10 racks of pork spareribs (super delicious), mac N cheese, some of the best baked beans I've ever had, fresh green beans in a soy glaze, buns, slaw, BBQ sauce, plates, napkins, forks, and the whole set up. They came on time, the price could he gave me could not be beat, and best of all his BBQ is the best around in central Minnesota. My husband and I booked RM BBQ BEAST for our wedding. Our previous caterer fell through just one week before our wedding and I was literally in tears. The owner was so sweet! He was so empathetic to our situation and immediately responded with “It’s going to be alright.
