Sonnys Pizza — Restaurant in St. Francisville

Service is absolutely terrible at this location. We arrived at 7 50 pm tonight. We sat down, and server for our area never came and asked us for our order. She stood at the table behind us, chatting with other employees/friends for 15 minutes. A server named Garrett, came over from another area in the place, and asked if we had been helped yet....did I say that it had been 15 minutes..... He took our order, meanwhile the girl whom was working the area never....never stoped talking to her friends, stroked one girls hair at one point...while everyone in our area was just sitting there waiting, either for food to be served, or to be waited on. Our food never arrived....period. Garrett, the server from another area tried to help us, but kept telling us the kitchen was backed up, running behind, so we would have to wait. We counted....3 other couples came in after us, they all sat in other areas....all were served, and had their food before we even got our appetizer... After asking the waiter 3 times how much longer...which we kept being told 15 minutes, or 6 minutes...after hearing this for 45 minutes, and the place was almost empty...we asked to talk with the manager on staff...mind you, itness the first time the girl who was working the area spoke to us...,husband broke into her hang out session with the people seated behind us...plus 3 other employees joined them. Was a hang out session...was so rowdy at one point,,one of the guys hanging out with them was rolling on the ground...in the restaurant....right behind us...and no management came..until we requested for them to come an hour after waiting. When little lady manager finally came out, she didn't even come to us, she went to her staff table, and they directed her to us. My husband told her that we had been in there for over an hour, and place was emptying out...why hadn't we been served yet....and we just wanted our pizza to go, so we could get out of there.. She never apologized or even tried to explain why the food wasn't out to us yet. She just said ok, and walked off. 20 minutes later, the waiter Garrett showed up with 2 to go drinks, and we asked how much longer, he said a few more minutes.... God...i wish I were making this up... Finally got our to go pizza 1 hour and 15 minutes after we got there. Waiter gave us the bill....they only took 8.00 off. All our wait time was only worth 8.00 bucks. And stop no apologies from management. Say the least, we will return. Ever. If the actual head manager would like to make right with this....you should really take a look at your evening staff, and whom ever that little lady manager was on duty, she should not work there. It was shameful the way we, and other people...

Very poor management skills from the manager. while rushing to work and haven't eaten since 12pm from my Extern, I was very short on time so I called in a burger, and stressed "Well Done". pick up my order returned to work, about to eat my burger, and yield pink throughout the center of my burger. When I called to tell them about the burger, he put manager Erin or whatever on the phone who seem to care less, he told me they can make the burger over. I explained I am the only one at my job, I can not leave the front desk. Sunny's pizza is only 3 blocks up from my job. I expected him to apologize and since it was their fault, either him or someone could bring me another burger, since they do not deliver. He told me I can bring the burger back tomorrow, and they could remake the burger. Seriously???? I was hungry then, that defeated the purpose of me calling the burger ahead of time and picking it up to make it to work on time. He expected me to hold on to the burger and bring it the next day, which would have been around same time, 4pm. Wow, what service! I been in customer service a very long time and could be manager better than that! I had to find someone to come to from their home to pick my burger and take it to the place and bring money back. I just went on and game them the money since they wasted gas to do it for me. waste of money! I also would recommend them to guest all the time who stayed at the hotel. Do you think...

I like Sonny's pizza, but they completely messed up our order, which was an all meat pizza, half without Canadian bacon, the other half without Italian sausage, with double pepperoni in the whole thing. How hard can that be to get that right? Instead we got a whole pizza with NO Canadian bacon, barely any pepperoni and HAD DOUBLE THE ITALIAN SAUSAGE on THE WHOLE THING. Needless to say, my half, could not be enjoyed, as I HATE ITALIAN SAUSAGE, was VERY FEW PEPPERONI and there was NO CANADIAN BACON on this pizza. I usually look very forward to going to Sonny's when making the trip to St. Francisville, but this time, it was disappointing. If it weren't for a friend offering to swap half her meatball sandwich for the rest of my pizza portion, it would have been a complete disappointment. Lucky for me, she did that, so I did get to enjoy her half of a meatball sandwich, ...
