Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in St. Johns

We get domino’s a lot. At least once a week. What makes this domino’s better than the rest is that they have Joseph. Joseph is by far the best person at this place. He is always kind and amazing. He tells us thank you for the tip and how much he appreciates us. Well Joseph, we appreciate YOU! Every time we see you pull up we tell each other that our favorite person has delivered to us tonight. We enjoy chatting with you for the couple minutes that we get to see you. If we were in charge of giving you a raise you would definitely get it. Every time. With times being hard and gas prices on the rise, he deserves not only a pat on the back and a reward. We called at 6:44 to get these replacement bread twists, spoke with the manager and he stated it would be 45 minutes to get them delivered to our house and gave them our address for the first time. Called at 7:47, they have not yet been delivered. Spoke with a very rude lady on the phone, her name is Rita, she stated they were sitting there waiting to be picked up. I stated again our address and that the manager said they will be delivered. Called back AGAIN at 8:12 as they STILL had been delivered. A guy told us he would throw them in, umm I thought they were sitting there since 7:47?! I ended up just getting a refund. Absolutely ridiculous that we had to wait a hour and a half and end up not getting what we wanted. SOOO frustrating. NEVER going back to...

The Dominoes in St. Johns is a customer service oriented business. On our order today we wanted a Cesar salad, but the only option online was a garden salad. So we ordered it along with the Cesar dressing. I received a call 2 minutes later after placing an order on line, and Joe asked me if I was wanting a Cesar salad, since I ordered Cesar dressing with my Garden Salad. I said yes, but the option online was not available. Joe stated that the inventory was just received for Cesar salad but had not updated on line.
