Jupiter Moon Ice Cream - St. Joseph — Restaurant in St. Joseph

I stopped to try this ice cream on a road trip through the area. If you’re doing the same, it’s a cute town, a super cute place and I’d definitely recommend it. However. They do not give taste samples, which is a huge downside to me because as a one time visitor there was no way to know what I would like. Thus I opted for the flight of mini ice cream scoops, which is a really cool option, but after picking 5 I thought I was the most likely to enjoy, I didn’t like most of them. The mint chip, which is usually my favorite flavor, was the best. I should have gone with my initial instinct and just gotten this. Milk chocolate was good. Salted caramel truffle, their most popular flavor, is nice to try but was overly rich for me. I was so-so on the strawberry, and I outright disliked the vanilla bean (which is usually my other favorite flavor). Great outdoor seating areas though and...

Great ice cream (and sorbet options for our dairy free family members)! Our family frequents Jupiter Moon in the summer months and we’re never disappointed. The indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, staff is friendly, and vibes impeccable (especially if you hit a summer day with acoustic guitar on the patio)!

We’ve also been able to work with Jupiter Moon professionally with their ice cream cart/bike and loved that experience as well. Photos of one of their ice cream bikes attached!

Overall 10/10. Swing in, book the ice cream cart for your event, stop by their second location at Munsinger Gardens, or find their ice cream at summer fairs/events 😍
