I wanted to write a review in case there is another person with a service dog was considering eating at this restaurant. I came here a few weeks back with my sister who has cerebral palsy and my grandpa. We were told right as we entered the building that my sister’s service dog would not be allowed inside, and we would have to eat outside (side note: this was during the Canadian wildfires when the air quality was over 130 and unhealthy for certain populations which would include both my sister and grandpa). I continued to state my sister wouldn’t be able to eat outside and her dog was a certified service dog, but we were told the dog may “offend” the other customers, and that she would have to put us in a side room “away from the other customers”. I then asked for a different table because my grandpa couldn’t sit down at the side room table and it was also dirty. The owner came out about 5-10 minutes later and shouted that I was being unreasonable and swore at me. He would not look at or acknowledge my sister as she was trying to explain what her service dog does for her. I decided to leave at this point because I did not feel comfortable eating...
Read moreA group from our office ordered lunch through their website, and NOT ONE ITEM was correct when we got it. Flatbreads came as pizzas (which, by the way, were TERRIBLE), wraps came as sandwiches on bread, and even the simplest order of waffle fries (priced at nearly $9?!) was incorrect as the sauce selected was seasoned sour cream but only ketchup was sent. When the order was picked up, the manager acknowledged it was incorrect as far as the Flatbread vs pizza issue, but did nothing to rectify the situation. Not offer to make and send the correct item, offer a discount or desert, nothing was offered but an apology and an excuse. (If we wanted pizza, we would have chosen to order the pizza.) The rest was discovered after returning to the office. Aside from being incorrect, the food was all sub-par. Bland, overly greasy, burnt, and disappointing. Guess we'll just stick to door dash for all our lunch orders from now on. Perhaps dine in is better, but 100 percent would not recommend a take out order to ANYONE. What a...
Read moreFirst timers and was super disappointed. The food was mediocre at best and our waitress was so disengaged and only came back and checked on us once, brought the bill well shortly after getting the food like she just did the bare minimum for us to just pay and leave. The prices are super high for what you get and the food has no flavor or culinary substance. So unfortunately I don't think we will come back. The coleslaw is soggy and limp, the salad was like $18 for some iceberg lettuce with more croutons than steak and generally fell super flat on flavor for an expensive salad. Just overpriced generic bar food. Just pretty much everything was Meh and wasted money. It's too bad because the location is nice and has potential to be great if they worked on the food quality and just needs some culinary inspiration. It honestly needs an episode on Bar Rescue. Also it was weird to see an employee drinking a beer and had flip flops on while walking back behind the bar. Overall just really...
