Only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because the young lady that took my order was actually nice, but whoever the supposed supervisor us was horrible!!! Clearly she doesn’t understand customer service and when I left she really didn’t care!! Thus happened several ago, I try to patronize black owned businesses, I saw these people on channel 2 news and several people I know had high praises about this place…I ordered 2 turkey chili dogs with cheese and a turkey, egg and cheese on wheat. After I place my order and swiped my card, I was told “we’re out of turkey chili dogs and asked if I wanted my money or if wanted to I’morder something else”. I chose to order something else, I ordered chicken quesadilla and I’m no sir what else I ordered but the young lady with the black glasses can to rally difference, so I made a joke saying that they should basically give me a discount since they didn’t have what I ordered initially, the young lady gave me a nasty remark and she rolled her eyes as if I did something wrong, they should’ve at least had a sign up saying we’re out of turkey dogs and not take my money!! But to make a long story short I try to patronize my people but are usually met with horrible customer service but then people turn around and say support black owned businesses, it makes it difficult you have to deal with bad attitudes and horrible customer service. This place IS ⚠⚠⚠😷👹HORRIBLE👹😷⚠⚠⚠ I WENT THERE TODAY AND GOT REFUNDED FOR A MASK I WAS WEARING WHEN THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE WAS NOT WEARING THEIR MASK APPROPRIATELY AT ALL... I HAVE HAVE LIVE VIDEO FOOTAGE OF THE INCIDENT!!💯 NEVER SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT WILL THREATEN YOU WITH POLICE AND ASSAULT YOU..I LEFT OUT AND THE MANAGER THEN WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO RETURN INTO THE BUILDING TO AUDIT HIS OWN EMPLOYEES FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS OF DISORDERLY CONDUCT & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES ....I WAS "GIVEN THE F-YOU(MIDDLE FINGER) BY THE EMPLOYEE NOT WEARING ANY MASK...AND BUMPED AWAY PHYSICALLY FROM THE DOOR WHEN TRYING TO HAVE MANAGER RIGHT HIS BUSINESS & EMPLOYEES WRONGS !!! If the prices were more in line this would be a easy 5 star, but the prices are a little excessive for the location and what they order. Also there is a 60 cent surcharge for using credit or debit to off set there processing fee.

1 your food is already high the payment for processing debit transactions should be built in!

All business have overhead, but to push that overhead off on your customers through a surcharge after they have already spent money on you product is.........SLIMMY!

YOU IN ONE OF THE MOST ECCONOMIACLY DEPRESSED ZIP CODES IN ST. LOUIS. YOUR PRICES AND FEES SHOULD REFLECT THAT OR YOUR JUST ANOTHER LEACH ON THE COMMUNITY.

With that said . The food is great!good atmosphere, clean, ok customer service. But bad community...
