My initial review for this establishment just said "Everything Chewy" because everything except my biscuit was super chewy. It was a 3-star overall review, with 1 star for food and 5 stars for service, because their workers were excellent. However, I am now adjusting this to a 1-star review because they seem to have slapped my review into ChatGPT to make a response to it, and the response makes absolutely no sense.

I went in there today to get a replacement order which this same location jacked up a few weeks ago and I had to contact corporate office for and was given a coupon for compensation. When I walked inside the manager Daniel or Danny was very smug and ignored my presence for a few minutes and when I was finally acknowledged, it was not a welcoming greeting but just a what do you want greeting! I gave him my coupon and he refused to talk to me or answer my question I had pertaining to my order. He walked away and came back and didn’t say a word to and a few minutes later a lady slammed my order on the counter. I asked Daniel why he was so rude and he told me, “ you got what you wanted right”! I told him that he could have at least said something and he started to become belligerent and instead of using his training as a customer service host he was very ignorant and turned red while I was telling him his customer service sucked and was yelling at me as I proceeded to walk out the door! I’m not sure that job is for Daniel or maybe he would rather prefer to be in another neighborhood but whatever the case, if you don’t want to be nice to the customers maybe you should find...
Read moreWhatever staff work during the morning through the afternoon before evening/night shift arrive need to work all day and night. They are phenomenal. The evening staff are really bad. We ordered a small gizzard and a 3 piece snack. The gizzards were so soft and under cooked, the wings were also not crispy. The cook at night is horrible. I am only giving 4 stars because of the day staff. Customer service on during the day is better. Horrible customer service during the night. They are playing and answering their phones. The night leadership threw the food at my car. The young woman stayed at the register preparing to close for over 5 mins before any assistance. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I guess that’s what you get when you hire this generation. The leadership really have kids running this establishment. This is so sad. This will be my last visit here.
