💯will be back, over and over.
First, the coffee: so good, regular med strong brew unlike most area “breakfast” commercial go-to places. Not brown water.
Greeted right away, very pleasant. It was busy so I grabbed the last open table. Small and quaint but if busy def worth the wait. Ordered the chorizo hash with two eggs (ordered over easy but with the whites cooked because so many places get it wrong and I don’t like slimy egg whites but love a runny yolk). Less than 5 minutes later whilst drinking my delicious coffee, I was served a piping hot full plate of freshly made chorizo hash with two over easy (perfectly cooked) eggs which also came with choice of bread ( I got an English muffin) and a slice of melon. When I tell you the hash was fresh, it was and it was delicious and my eggs were amazingly cooked to exact order.
I usually don’t eat a lot for breakfast (and they give you healthy servings btw), but I literally had to stop myself from cleaning my plate so I could bring some hash home to have my niece try it.
I’ve just moved to Camden cty. and I’ve been trying out new (to me) places to find my favs and scope out the cuisines and their levels of authenticity, customer service, quality of food vs. cost, etc. Buenos Dias is now one of my absolute favorites and checks all those boxes.
Thank you to the staff (my waitress was so nice) and chef/cook ( he brought my food out and was very friendly) for the food and the service.
I’ll definitely be back....
Read moreA well-prepared Mexican breakfast is our favorite eal. On a recent stay to St. Mary's, Georgia, we located Buenos Dias through Trip Advisor. Its setting isn't spectacular - a little strip mall by a gas station. However, the inside was homey and clean. The menu had a good variety of choices, including biscuits and gravy. I opted for the Chorizo Burrito (Eggs, chorizo, tomato and cheese) and my wife ordered Huevos Rancheros (Two eggs (any style), covered with ranchera sauce and melted white cheese. Served with rice & beans.} We asked the server/owner if they had a hotter salsa than the standard and she brought us some salsa verde. Everything was delicious. In fact, we went back two days later. This time she got the Chorizo Burrito and I had the Poblano Burrito (Fresh poblano peppers and creamy cheese with fluffy eggs.) The burritos were as good as we have ever had. Highly...
Read moreI have always loved this place. In a quiet home this place seats limited amount of customers but it no means is a negative. A quiet breakfast and lunch is served at this location with authentic taste and flavor. The service is readily available to you at a moment's notice but not overbearing. It's a place where they leave you alone to your fat self and eat as much food as you can but you won't be able to finish. A place when you get done you hurt sit back and feel accomplished for having eaten some food ready to take on the day one nap at a time. I love this place for it's simplicity to feed you, make you relax no matter what day of the week, and not worry about sucking air through a straw because they will never let your cup empty. It serves authentic Mexican food that will take you back to...
