I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent dining experience at your establishment. I ordered the chicken and rice soup, expecting it to be served in a traditional bowl as one might anticipate in a restaurant setting. Instead, the soup arrived in a severely warped and misshapen plastic container, which appeared to be melting from the heat of the soup itself.

This was deeply concerning, not only for the poor presentation but also due to the potential health risks associated with consuming hot liquids from such containers. It's widely understood that heating food in plastic can lead to the leaching of microplastics into the food, posing a significant health concern. The fact that your restaurant appears to exclusively utilize plastic containers, even for hot soups, is particularly troubling.

While I understand that you may have operational reasons for not offering traditional bowls, I strongly believe that prioritizing customer health and providing a positive dining experience necessitates a reevaluation of your current practices. I have been ordering here for past three years but now, never again. Picked up my order last night and what a nightmare.
