Wawa — Restaurant in Stafford Township

Long wait for a milkshake. I politely proceeded to ask for a refund due to the wait, & the cashier was very nice & immediately notified the manager.

However when the manager showed up she wasn’t very pleasant. She had red & black hair & instead of being empathetic immediately said, “what you don’t want it anymore?” So I apologized & explained how the wait was a little longer than expected & she started talking under her breath about how she was busy making pizzas. Again, I didn’t order a pizza or anything so I’m not sure what that had to do with me, but customer service is a very tough job & I think anyone who’s in it deserves their flowers, however you can’t be rude or nasty knowing you’re in a front facing role. So let me ask something if you were working behind the food counter and were out of a majority of the max and cheese,cheese sauce etc you would leave a sign or say something to the people ordering their food like any person with common sense would. Well apparently common sense isn’t so common among staff working November 12 at 11:30pm and they proceeded to tell me they were out of nearly everything besides chili,mashed potatoes and chicken noodle soup which respectfully im not a gremlin and don’t order those items from wawa. I’m not blaming the staff for being out of the items but blaming them for not telling anybody before they ordered like any normal individual would. I don’t know where these businesses are finding these people but it seems 90% of food workers have room...

I understand that it’s a Wawa and all Wawas are pretty much the same. I happen to live in this area and go to this Wawa constantly, unfortunately! This Wawa is always out of products. If you’re just passing through and need to pick a couple things up I’m sure you’ll leave a great review. But when you come here often you learn the habits of the store. I don’t know who manages this place but they definitely do not know how to stock properly. What you bought yesterday might not be here the next day! Or for a while after that! Thankfully there’s a little corner store a block down the street. It’s funny how they have more of what you’re looking for than this particular Wawa.
