Wawa — Restaurant in Stafford Township

I am so tired of paying for things that are not right, I don't order anything difficult, and I never give anyone a hard time, but I ordered a quesadilla and two packets of sour cream which they always put on the inside. They charge for these by the way, I get back to my office sit down to finally eat lunch and look inside, no sour cream. Doesn't sound like a big deal but I won't eat it without that so the whole thing is a waste for me now. I decided to do what I never ever do and call the store, I was really upset I can't afford to waste food like that I work two jobs and don't have a lot. The guy on the phone just says yeah I guess they weren't in there, I tell him I can't even eat it now and I can't come back- dead silence, literally crickets. Obviously they can't do anything about it but I"m upset and a simple sorry about that would have been all I needed but I couldn't even get that. Wanted to get a cappuchino from the machine at store #994. An employee, and another employee named Jacob, were filling the french vanilla for the woman ahead of me. They left, and went back behind the counter. She got her french vanilla and I stepped up to get my cappuchino. I touched the button and it sprayed all over me getting me wet from hair to pants. I said to Jacob who was back behind the counter that I just got really wet and something is wrong with the machine. The door was up on the machine, but they left it that way. He said you shouldn't have used that one. It doesn't work. Never told me that!!!! and there was no sign anywhere. Never a sorry, or a concern, at all, that my top and pants were sprayed. I did not appreciate the lack of common courtesy. Will think twice before I go back there!

Im new in town and was hoping I meet friendly, nice, and out going people as myself , especially early birds like myself. Well I found one Joan. Omg almost every morning I am greeted with a big smile and wave before I even walk into store lol. It's like I feel her spirit friendly spirit through window as I step out my car before I even get in store haha. Then when I walk in she really makes sure I know she sees me😉. I always say someone has a story and no one knows that person day, night or morning. So seeing her big smile a friend greeting early in the morning is something I truly something I look forward to.
