Zody's 19th Hole — Restaurant in Stamford

We were traveling and spent the night in Stamford. We ventured out from the hotel and found Zody’s. Pulling into the parking lot a gentleman at the front door pointed us to an empty parking spot and greeted us at the door. He showed us to a table took the time to ask how are days was going and where we were from The waitress was very friendly and helpful, not hovering but was there when we needed something. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the menu had a wide variety of offerings. Pizza was one of the best we ever had. I wish we had a spot like this near...

Nice waiter & waitress But food was of foodservice quality at restaurant prices ! No greeting from hostess ... he suggested that our group of 20 must be at the Sterling Farm Zody's! ( 20 minutes away on a snowy night) Really?! I called before getting in the car . Ok we finally found our party ourselves after wandering around and searching the siderooms. The chicken marsalla & sausage dishes were awful. The pene allavodka was good. Forget the teremiso & Italian cheesecake. What a waste of money. Very loud place as well ......

I think the service is better than the rating I gave it, but the night I was there, clearly people called out sick because there was only one waiter for the whole dining room. He did his best, but that's how it goes. There's a really nice diverse menu. One of the better Oktoberfest menus I have ever seen, but obviously that is seasonal.
