I've been ordering Westover for years, their food is excellent. That being said, I'm actually writing this review because of the delivery situation. When I first started ordering there 5 or 6 years ago delivery was your standard 30-45 minutes...but now the standard seems to be 1-1.5 hours. In fact, I haven't gotten delivery for months because of this situation...but Sunday I made a calculated decision to give them a try again(less traffic on a Sunday evening). The online system immediately sent me a 1 hour estimate...I was hoping for better but it is what it is. At 630 I finally had to call and question where the food was, the problem is EVERY time I order from Westover, I'm watching the clock and debating what time it's fair to call and ask for an update. The food arrived just before 645.
Westover does a great job and their catering is good too....I just hope they resolve this delivery situation. If your in the area, highly recommend for pickup. Cannot recommend for delivery right now, there are several other good options where you'll spend much less...

If it’s not changing your delivery time entirely (even after a confirmation email), it transfers the order to the wrong location or the drive simply never shows up. Either way you end up with no food until we’ll after your break is over. Wish I could give more stars honestly because I love...
Read moreI went in there for my first time. The woman told me to order from the menu on the wall. I ordered a chicken cutlet wedge that the menu said was $9.95. They charged me $12.95. When I questioned the owner, she gave me a lecture on politics, the economy, and how Covid has affected their pricing. I said, well, it’s deceiving to put prices on the wall, refer somebody to those prices, and then charge them so much more. She said it was too expensive to put a new menu on the wall. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. A chicken cutlet sandwich for $13 is probably the...
