Arby's — Restaurant in Stanford

I eat at arbys all the time and tonight did me in. The food is good and service seemed great. I lost enough money at the drive through tonight to eat there for a while. A car was in front of me I counted my money my order was 23.00 and some change. I got out a 20 and and 4 ones I had it in one hand and 100 in 20s left in the other hand when I went to give the money I gave her the money in the wrong hand I got my food and left and stopped down the street at the gas station and was gonna give my grandson the money To pay for gas all I had in my hand was the money I counted out to pay for the food. They had a 20 and. 4 more 20s instead of one's. I called back to arbys immediately they told me id have to wait until the drawer was counted that night. I called back at 10 to find out the closed at 11. Well guess what they didn't have money over in the drawer. Somehow I got taken for my money. All I had to my name. And I'm positive I didnt loose it I didn't get out of the car and my grandson seen me count it and commented on he thought we didn't have the money to eat out because it was bill money. The last few weeks my daughter passed away, I have custody of a 10 and a 12 year old now ,disabled and on a fixed income and this happens. I can win for losing. So thank you arbys! Just what I needed. I'm a christian and I'd never do anyone that way but I am human and I get mad and this made me mad. I'll not be back at arbys. We had a classic roast beef and added mayo, lettuce,and tomato . It was fresh, hot and tasted great. We had a crispy chicken salad. It was all overfresh and tasted good. We had a deluxe fish sandwich . This would be the best fish sandwich on the market, if it had a better type of fish. The cod is such a strong tasting fish that it overwhelms the rest of the sandwich. We had the broccoli and cheese baked potato. It was cooked through and had a generous amount of cheese and broccoli. We had roast beef beef sliders. The sliders were hot and tender soft. Really good. I work at Arby’s and let me just say, we try to keep our restaurant as clean as possible that’s actually something we’re known for but, we might have some slower drive thru times but we try to give our customers the most fresh food we can it’s important to us that we make our customers happy and give them good food, and like all humans we all have rough days so yeah sometimes we mistake an order but we always try to fix it I highly recommend Arby’s over any other restaurant in Stanford ky, great team and a great...
