Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken — Restaurant in Stanford

We use to stop there for a late lunch and the chicken was delicious! The past year it has changed, the chicken tastes like leather, dry and nasty. Today we stopped for their coleslaw which still tastes good. I was the only one in the restaurant. The employee greeted me and took my order. Then someone pulled up to the drive thru. She said just one second let me take this order. I said sure. Then two more cars came through the drive thru. I guess that she had forgotten that I had ordered and paid for my order, I just needed my order handed to me. She then sent someone from the back to HAND ME MY ORDER! That is the last time that we will stop at that location. First the food and now...

Lee's is a great place to go in and sit down to eat, all you want buffet for about $8.00 and a drink. Everything was hot and fresh and there was plenty of it. Nice clean friendly environment. Or walk in and order and take with you on the go it is also available, plus may be you want to grab and go through the drive through. Your choice! But it is delicious.. God Bless All, Amen A reminder :don't forget to order for the rest of the family or throw your evidence away and you will be returning several times in a day... LoL.. it's definitely delicious... Maybe they should start delivery. Not a bad...

Great Chicken. Not dried or Greasy like KFC! Super friendly Staff and management. Awesome selection of sides and desserts! Definitely got the best sweet tea. They do have a small buffet. On the weekends they have a seafood buffet. Pleanty of seating and parking. Handicap accessible and Handicap parking. Very clean restaurant and restrooms! Menu is very reasonable priced. I certainly will recommend Lee's Famous Chicken to everyone. Menu does consists of kid menus and have child special during the week. Potato wedges, potatoes salad, Mac and cheese are just some of the Best sides...
