The last McDonald experience I had was with the Stanford Kentucky location. I dined inside with my boyfriend. The dining room was basically empty with no customers other than just one table occupied across the aisle from us. The service was mediocre and the food was horrible. I am an avid McDonald's consumer usually dining thru the drive way daily and not using the inside dining option but the food was terribly cold and didn't seem fresh or hot whatsoever. We asked for a remake of the fries so they could be edible. The cashier was annoyed with our request but got us the fresh fries as asked. The burgers were also cold but we didn't ask to have them remade due to the attitude we received from the help behind the counter. The atmosphere was stale and boring. This was around 3pm. The place was dead and not interesting at all. The decor needs to be changed due to its plain dull theme. I remember McDonald's being bright and colorful and full of families enjoying meals together. This was the most depressing, dull, boring, worst food experience I've ever had. It made me question whether I ever want to eat inside a McDonald's restaurant ever again. The quality of the food, service and surroundings has drastically declined over the years. I suggest that the corporation bring back Ronald and the hamburgular, and other characteristics and other bright decor of the past that made McDonald's atmosphere what it was then. Yes change is good but why mess with something that was already great? The new McDonald's truly suck. People's number one reason for eating there is or well was the cheaper priced food but we can't even say that nowadays bc other fast food chains have similar priced items now with better tasting food and more options. I'm sorry Ronald McDonald and Ray Croc, someone needs to get their butt in gear and fix this tragic occurrence. Sincerely Elizabeth Cole....
Read moreIt's close, cheap, and open late. Those are about the only good points to this McDonald's location... That being said now what to expect.. it won't matter how simple your order is, for example I ordered a large coke and medium fries and the staff never miss an opportunity to screw up the order. It's like they are trained to not give you everything your ordered. I paid at the first window, waited for the other cars to collect their food with cold fries and missing is wrong items. I get to the second window the employ hands me a bag with a small order offries, not even a coke then she closes the window. I stay in the same spot. Finally a few minutes later she opens the window and rudely says what??? I'm like I'm missing my drink and these fries are the wring size. She actually tried to argue with me. So I produce my receipt and say I'm not even worried about the fries, I just want my drink... well you will have to pull up and we will bring it out to you!...
