⭐️ One Star – Canned Sauce, Bare Hands, and Disrespect

I placed a dine-in order and was seated — but quickly realized I wasn’t going to stay. The first server who approached me is someone I’ve had negative experiences with at another restaurant. She clearly didn’t want to serve me, passed me off to someone else, and then kept staring at me from across the room with her mouth hanging open like she was watching a spectacle. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and frankly bizarre.

Because of that, I switched my order to go. While waiting in the pickup area, I saw them pour Alfredo sauce out of a jar and use bare hands to plate the pasta. No gloves, no utensils — just hands. And this is for a $15 dish they’re marketing as restaurant-quality? Absolutely not.

I was also told my order came with a side salad, and when I requested Caesar, I was told there would be an upcharge. That made no sense. A Caesar salad typically has fewer ingredients than a basic side salad. Lettuce, croutons, and dressing — that’s it. So why the charge? Just another red flag.

At that point, I walked out. I didn’t take the food, and I didn’t pay for it. I won’t be back.

If they’re going to call themselves an Italian restaurant, they should probably be making Italian sausages in-house and serving fresh, properly prepared food. I’ll be going to a real Italian restaurant like Sorrento or Amalfi in...

Absolutely Shameful!!! You have a guest who before ordering tells you of an allergy. Then orders assured that there is nothing in it to worry about. The food comes and after two bites the guest starts having issues. They try to talk to the chef/ owner only to be told that no the item in question wasn't used in the dish and then rudly turns around and continues his cooking. Definitely NOT what I expected of this restaurant! Then the nosey, rude girlfriend (of the chef ) who had herself parked on a bench right next to the entrance desided it was her place to get involved. Bad Move! She should have her ass either waiting tables or sitting at home minding her own business!!! She only escalated the situation by continuing to repeat 1/2 price for the meal?!? She was lucky that I paid anything considering I was going into anaflactic shock... Highly Disappointed with this restaurant and the treatment of it's guests... The only bright spot was my waitress who actually seemed conserned for my well being. Feel sorry that she has to work with people like that! Not only will I not return, I will make sure to share my experience with all...

Was passing thru town and saw good ratings on a few sites but they were dead wrong the place should be closed . Bread was stale and nothing fancy served with wrapped butter patties, really , how about a nice presentation of butter on a plate and wrap REAl nice crusty beard in a nice white cloth napkin not a piece of paper towel Salad had more cut tomatoes than lettuce, and 2 onion slices , as soon as I get my salad, Bam, the entree is served Chicken Marsala let me tell you it's better at Olive Garden and who cuts the chicken into small pieces? That seemed pre boiled chicken no grill marks from cooking And serves with broccoli? Side pasta, no choice of type and marinara sauce watered down prego another Italian restaurant that their (official) Italian cook refuses to Chang with the times and cooks the sam for 40 years most of your customers left they want flavor and anyone under30 wound turn around after walking in Old An dingy looks dead and it was restaurant $t40 on bland food with no service pass this on by....
