Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Statham

I give this store a 1 star because I called this store last night to place a order at 11pm , and I was told by jessie that the register are down so they aren't taking any orders, I told him I could place the order online and pay on line and he told me ill have to be there before 11:15 which that is the last time to place a order for pick up I told him I can order now and I was already outside so I could of picked up soon as it was don't than I was told I couldn't order on at this Moment the cooks are done cooking I than asked for a manger he said I am the manger I said can I have the area manger or general manger information and I was told no. Although Pizza Hut is not my favorite the staff at this location is the reason why I order from them. They are always friendly and keep you in the loop. The last time I ordered from them the shift leader on duty called me almost immediately after I placed my order online to tell me that she had let her delivery driver go home because it was slow. She offered me a 20% discount if I wanted to come and get it or a discount off my next order if I just wanted to cancel my order, so we went to go pick it up and when we got there she even gave us some extra bread sticks and a 2 lt cause she felt so bad for us having to come to the store to get our food. Ordered online said 1hr. 3 hours later no pizza. Kids crying hungry. Called to check person answering phone told me 15 more mins been an hour later still nothing. All they want to do is give me $5 off next order. I don’t care about a coupon I ordered pizza 3 hours ago an apology would be nice to start. Told me they only had one delivery driver.
