I ate here three times, first as sit down, then carry out, then sit down again. The first two times were awesome, great service, almost food, huge portions. I would give them five stars.
Then today happened. I took a co-worker to lunch and maybe that was my mistake, going on a Friday at lunch hour. We sat ourselves and were not greeted. After awhile a rushed waitress came by and took our orders and drink requests.
About 15 minutes later we finally got our drinks and she placed a bread basket and garlic bowl on the table. 10 more minutes went by and my co-workers salad still hadn't come, instead the waitress tried to give us food we did not order, we reminder her of our order and she left confused.
My co-worker went to the restroom and I watched what was happening with our food, the waitresses and owner were yelling (not in English) at each other and pointing their arms around. Finally, a decision was made and the owner yelled at the cooking staff with what sounded like our order and "table 2" The waitress came back and said they will fix it no problem and ran off again.
30 more minutes went by, we asked for the salad three times, they brought my food finally and the wrong dish again for my co-worker, the owner came to the table with the correct food about 5 minutes later and blamed her for ordering incorrectly.
We immediately asked for take out boxes and informed them because of their delays we were late for work and had to return, we had to ask for the boxes three times also. Finally we got the boxes and then had to wait for the checks, at that point I was ready to just leave without paying. We told them 2 or 3 times we needed to leave and had to settle the bill and they were yelling again at each other in the Arabic language. Finally, we stood up and went to the counter (it was now 75 minutes after we entered) And said again we needed to leave and needed our checks with the discount for the messed up food.
The owner turned around and said, "you got your food, what's the problem, you pay her now" and turn back around and left to the kitchen area. The waitresses were totally embarrassed and apologized but they were not able to discount the rotten service.
The issue isn't about the food we got or the taste/condition of the food, it is about the grand lack of customer service we received from the wait staff and the owner who messed up the orders twice, forgot our side salad, forgot our drinks, forgot to address us as we came in, and did not apologize for any of their mistakes but instead tried to blame us for ordering incorrectly.
I would love to return, but not with that...

My mistake with them was that I was extremely nice, kind and caring towards all of them. I gave them extra money (in the form of tips), many chocolates, many flowers, m and m’s. In return, they acted mean towards me and kept on playing mind games with me. I never once received any discount from them even though I was a heavy spender on the food. Instead, they kept on asking me to give them my expensive sports car so they could include it in their catalog. They did not hesitate to bring me down continuously and would needlessly involve other patrons to help them (when their help was not needed). They falsely assumed I was romantically interested in them when I wasn’t in the least bit, and wrongfully treated me because of that. I always lost more than I gained with these people, especially the two girls that work together. They act as they are in high school and continuously engage in backbiting and bringing people down. They are completely untrustworthy, and keep playing games. The older sister has a behavior problem and would go to any length to defend her younger sister.
The food I was provided was always greasy. I even found hairs one time in my food, as well as burnt food a few times.
I strongly don’t recommend them, and suggest you go elsewhere for your own sanity as these people will harm you on every possible...
Read moreI bought food for myself and my parents while my father was in the hospital. The food I received was extremely greasy and not edible. My mom's sandwich, she couldnt even hold it from the amount of grease dripping everywhere and all over her hands. The salad was huge chunks of cucumber and tomato and lettuce which is unappetizing and the dressing was all oil, no fattoush flavoring just straight-up olive oil. The tabbouli was extremely salty. I asked to speak to the owner Mike for days now which they always say he is not available until I said I've been calling everyday, and than the girl said hold on and I heard her talk to him in the back and he magically came on the phone after she just told me he wasnt there. He told me "This is not Walmart you can't return food" and instead said he could remake the order. As if I will ever order again from someone who did not let me voice my concern and was so arrogant and condescending with his comments and told me did u send me pics? Did u return the food?.. and hung up in my face. So unprofessional. How did u expect me to bring the food back when I ordered before you closed? Did you want me to bring a bag of grease home from the hospital and then carry it the next morning back to your restaurant? My whole family and uncles and everyone orders from you, but I promise that will be the last time....
