I'm so glad that I stopped here just to get into a little. Argument with one of the employees. First of all, they have a sign, not that they can't make half of their menu items. Secondly, I had to repeat myself over six times not once not 2 times 6 TIMES!? Because they decided to put somebody on the drive thru Who doesn't know how to speak english!? This is completely unacceptable if I have to tell you what I want six different times i'm telling you that I want an ice cap and you're telling me cold brew latte coffee. There's a problem!? I literally couldn't order it, because here she wasn't understanding what I was saying she told me that it wasn't in the system and and tried saying that I was asking for some strawberry drink, I was asking for a caramel ice capp. She then, after so long tried telling me that it's not in her system. I said, the. N, why is it on the menu? It's not.I'm literally looking at it on the menu.I get it all the time. What do you mean? It's not in your system. Then she said, it will be available Wednesday, but you just said that you didn't know what the heck I was talking about. So then I said, okay, just give me a muffin, and I'll go oh, we don't have those. Then what do you have? Why are you guys open right now?If you don't even have anything!? This is absolutely unacceptable.I will never be back to this tims. And I advise people to go...
Read moreDO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! This is one of the worst Tim Hortons in the metro detroit area. Every time I want to give them a chance, the service gets worse and worse. I got my order delivered and the food was all cold, especially the bacon. The bacon wasn’t even room temperature, it felt like it was taken out of the fridge which is how I know it was not just cold because it was out. They also missed items like a breakfast sandwich and a donut. When we called, the manager, I believe her name is Hilda, and her associate, were laughing and saying we’re going to die early because we are complain over a donut and a sandwich. They said they were going to “pray for us” and they were blaming the driver. When we called the driver, he said he wanted to check the order in the store but they told him he’s not allowed to do that so he didn’t check it. The manager hung up the phone and when we called back multiple times, they didn’t answer. When someone FINALLY answered, we heard the manager and her associate telling them to hang up and not answer because we’re complaining over a donut. They also said the food was just cold because the driver took too long but we know the driver didn’t take long because the iced capps we ordered were still frozen and not melted. This location is one of the worst ones in the area and Hilda and her associate need to face...
Read moreI go out of my way to go to the Tim Horton’s at 18 and mound even though this location at 16 and mound would be considerably more convenient. The coffee is consistently worse at 16 and mound than at 18 and mound. Well, today I gave this location at 16 and mound another chance. I shouldn’t have. The coffee was bitter, just as usual. The parking lot was littered with trash. The garbage was overflowing. It looked asthetically awful, and if I was corporate Tim Horton’s I would be embarrassed by this location. I called the location to inform them of the garbage situation (since I had gone through the drive thru), and the manager was not in. It’s Saturday, I understand. But after I placed my complaint to the employee (not blaming her) she said, “So what would you like me to say to the manager?” I asked when the manager would be in and she’s said, “I don’t know.” Then I said, “Do you even have a manager?” She said, “I think so, yeah.” Wrong answer. Like I said, it’s not the individual employee’s fault, and I never blame just one person; however, someone needs to to do something. I will be continuing to use the location at...
