The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The sweet potato fries were spot on: crisp on the outside, soft inside, and not dried out like you sometimes find elsewhere. The mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and exactly how I like it.
