The older lady who I assume to be the owner/mother of this family business thinks she can rip off her customers and get away with it. Yesterday, I ordered a Super size pho over the phone and went to pick it up. I paid more than extra $15 for the Super size with extra meat but the amount of noodle was not any different from a large which is $10 cheaper. There was hardly any meat in the main container but just the noodles. The container that was supposed to be for the extra meat was only barely half filled. So if i didn't order extra meat, I would've ended up with almost no meat despite the fact i ordered a super size. This lady has already pulled this chicanery in the past; one time I paid for extra meat but she didn't give me a separate container or whatsoever for it and the amount was just like a regular size (not even large). I let it go at that time because i was so busy and decided to give her another chance hoping she made a mistake but it's clear now that this is her dishonest way. When I asked her if this was really Super size because it was so significantly less than when the younger guy or the older gentleman took the order for the same size in the past, she claimed the guys that work there "pack differently." Well, lady, you can deceive someone once but not twice. If you can't distinguish between a large and a Super large order, then don't even put that on the menu. This kind of chicanery you pull is how you make your customers never return to your business again. That cheap petty mindset of ripping your repeat customers off thinking it's ok and they'll just let it go.
Also, I just discovered that this lady overcharged me by at least $5 besides ripping me off with the amount of food. I added up everything I ordered and applied 5% sales tax to the total and it doesn't reconcile. The receipt only shows the total and not the details of each item. A very shady way of overcharging their customers. I'm in the process of disputing the charge with the credit card company. If she can't justify the overcharging, I'll go further for a possible...
Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE. The owners are dishonest and will rip you off. Multiple times they've charged me more than what I owe. They'll give you a receipt that is hand written and looks like chicken scratches then ring up a higher amount. When confronted, they don't admit fault. I ordered Laab and they gave me something else. 3 times I asked to have the dish removed. All 3 employees just chuckled and ignored my request. I did not eat the incorrect dish and they still charged me for it. I did not make a scene and paid for it. The female owner still had the nerves to ask for a tip. LOL ridiculous. This is the ONLY restaurant I've been to that asks "Do you want the tip on the card?" The funny thing is, ALL the cashiers ask this. It's a guilt trip bait for tip. This place needs to shut down. They are dishonest. I would not be surprised if they had rats or cockroaches and just deny it too. ...
Read moreEdit. We've been here few times. The building itself seems pretty sketchy but the food has always been good. Last time we went, there was a man that was family, I assume, whacking the kids on the back of their heads to make them eat their food. The man was eventually told to knock it off by another worker. This time we went the man took his teeth out and cleaned them at the counter you pay at. He coughed the entire time while hocking loogies sitting near the food that was being kept warm in the dining area. He walked around in the kitchen doing God knows what all after not cleaning his hands from cleaning his teeth. I have a video but choosing not to post it. Extremely disgusted.
Idk if anyone knows about this place until someone takes them there. I've driven past it so many times and never knew it was a...
