Dollar General — Local services in Stevens Point

Service could be better and the employees attitude definitely needs improvement..The shelves are never stocked and they are constantly blaming the shipment on never bringing enough merchandise in ,more a lack of putting it on the shelve is more the reason of... The employees are constantly outside smoking but yet there's 5 people at the checkout,and 2 employees both outside..Very Much uncalled for..The clutter in the aisles is a law suit waiting to happen and we ask ourselves why even have carts if u can't push them threw the aisles..This has been my favorite place to shop for the longest time and lately I try to avoid the store as much as possible.Defiently...

The store was incredibly messy and the bigger blond woman was very rude when I inquired about tiki fuel. The cashier was quite friendly to me despite the fact that the rude woman was berating her and seemed to be generally taking her bad day out on anyone in her proximity. I was so uncomfortable there I ended up not getting most of the things on my list just to get out quickly; although to get to the register took much navigating through the mess and even the merchandise that was shelved was done quite haphazardly. Terrible experience for both my girlfriend and I. We will certainly not be marketing...

Let’s start out with most of the employees at DG having terrible attitudes. Most of the store is largely cluttered, feels like I’m going on an adventure to find an item honestly. Whenever I need to check out, there’s always one person running the register while there’s a large line of like 5-6 people. Also today I had trouble finding an item, so I asked one of the employees if there’s any of item in the back, she literally only responded with “no” and “no” only.
